I recently visited essence for my teeth cleaning and consulting. I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. The staff greeted me with such a warm welcome and made me feel comfortable. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel reassured about their hygiene standards as well. The dentist she was phenomenal; she was knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to explain my all of my questions calmly and nicely. The procedures I had done were painless and efficient. I am visiting dentist in a long time. I'm glad I found out that my IDG benefit can be used here. The entire office and staff was very welcoming and Dr Gurung was very compassionate and caring. Dr. Gurung is an excellent dentist, and I can confidently say she is the best in the field. I still remember getting my cavity filling done by her back almost fifteen years ago when she was still a dental student. She had to bring in a patient to work on, and being her sister I volunteered. It was a silver filling, and she did such a meticulous job, even her supervisor were extremely pleased with her work. I was happy to have a cavity filled but I felt proud as her sister on her appraisal. On the side note, the filling is still intact and protecting my teeth. And now after all these years she has her own establishment. On my visit, she did thorough consultation, a complete x-ray of my teeth was taken. And again, I got some filling and sealants, which feels amazing. My teeth sensitivity is gone. Other than that she has an amazing office set up with latest equipment, a very cozy waiting area with a snack and juice bar, comfortable operatory areas with pleasing interiors, and the most amazing part is the ceiling Television. My teeth filling was hours long, but having conversation with her and getting to watch television was a fantastic experience. Oral health is very important and you should not compromise with that in any circumstance. I highly recommend Dr. Gurung, not only as a sister but more as a very satisfied patient.

I had an appointment at 1 p.m., and I arrived on time. Dr. Sulochana Grg was not there, and her assistant told me she would be there soon and would take care of me. I waited almost an hour, and by 2 p.m. she still hadn’t shown up. I went to check with the front desk, and they told me she would be there in the next 10 to 15 minutes. I have been waiting since then, but she still hasn’t arrived. My concern is that everyone’s time is valuable—both the doctor’s and the patient’s. Everyone needs to be professional and punctual. If the doctor was not able to come to the office, she should have informed me instead of keeping me waiting for 1 hour and 25 minutes doing nothing. Worst experience ever .
