The dentists are wonderful, highly skilled, and very professional. I have always been satisfied with the quality of care and treatment I receive. Unfortunately, the appointment scheduling and wait times need significant improvement. On multiple occasions, I have had to wait more than an hour past my scheduled appointment time before being seen. While the dental care itself deserves 5 stars, the excessive waiting time makes the overall experience frustrating. I hope the office can improve its scheduling process

What a shame front desk staff has no phone etiquette. I called to schedule a new patient appt and the man whom took the call was rude and curt during the call. Immediately, told me my insurance is out of network and proceeded to say they can bill and partial bills will be paid and we will have to pay the rest. Obviously the patient is responsible for any outstanding balance outside of insurance. We are OK with this, this is typically how it works. That is not called out of network but Co-Ins. He was blantely rude! No rhym or reason to be, he just was. Like I was disturbing his day. Needless to say I did not schedule an appt and found another dental office with courteous and respectful staff. Maybe the Dr's are wonderful but with front office staff like that we will never know now. This office definitely needs to coach their front office staff. That is the doorway for patients. So sad.

I wish I could give zero stars. My father had a scheduled appointment, but when he arrived in severe pain needing a root canal, I was far away, on the phone translating. Paola at the front desk was incredibly rude, dismissive, and told him to just sit down whenever he tried to speak. After all that waiting, they said they could do the root canal, but only if we also agreed to a more expensive procedure, essentially trapping us since he was in pain. Paola treated him like a child, dismissed his pain, and should not be in this position. she is unfit for a front desk role in a healthcare environment. My father was disrespected, and I was powerless from afar . I don’t know how this place has good reviews there is no way this place can have a good reputation while treating patients like this. I hope the manager or owner steps in and takes action immediately.

The wait time is between 2-3 hours with appointment on any given day . The doctors are good but unfortunately it seems the practice has reached a point that they have such a high volume of patients that they no longer care about the individual patient experience and thus don’t care about loosing patients. It’s very unfortunate given I had been a patient for over 20 years. They put you on hold forever. The front desk is very rude and racist. Dr.Alamzad please take actions for this complaints.

I wish I can give a -0 review to this place. My client was recommended to go here for a dental procedure. after she waited for a long time to be seeing and not only her but many people were waiting for a quite a while. She demanded to talk to the Dr. and he ended up insulting her with the F word in front of everybody and asking her to leave because he refused to see her. It's an unacceptable behavior and even more coming from a Dr. Supposedly our clients believe in them. I don't recommend any one to visit this place.

My father in his late 70s has been dealing with horrible treatment at this dentistry office. He had dentures repaired which did not last even a week before he had to return to have them fixed. He was humiliated on various occasions where he felt he was racially profiled for his lack of English. (Mind you this office has Spanish speaking receptionists). A phone call to the office would leave him on hold for long periods or with poor excuses to call at a later time with no reasonable cause. It took almost 2 months to have his dentures fixed and we hope this is the last time he needs to return here. This office has a large flow of patients coming in on the daily basis and should be a blessing for any office. Please treat your elderly population with respect.
