My experience was not good. I would never go back. Many reasons but to name a few... The staff were not friendly at all. Made us feel like we just walked into their home uninvited. My son had his teeth cleaned. While the dentist was cleaning his teeth my son was shaking really bad and said that he was cold. The dentist told him to put his jacket over him, instead of offering him a blanket. Then when it was my turn he told me that I would need damn near all my top teeth pulled, and he was really adamant about pulling them out RIGHT then. I am so happy that I didn't listen. I got a second opinion and was told that was unnecessary and came up with a treatment plan. Maybe if your skin tone is different you will get a different experience.

Ana was absolutely amazing! And so is the rest of the staff. I have gotten a lot of work done and they made my son very comfortable for his first appointment. Thanks so much!

I've been 3 times now, just went a couple days ago for a filling. Not only did I get a filling but also got my teeth polished and some rough areas smoothed out. The first 2 time was for a deep cleaning which went very comfortably. The staff is friendly, gentle and very professional.

Everyone in this office is very welcoming, warm, professional, efficient, dedicated and caring. Processes are explained every step of the way. I very highly recommend Westend Dental. And I want to thank everyone there for the wonderful experience I had this morning. I'll be back!

The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming! The wait times are usually pretty quick. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time to be seen.

This was my dentist of choice for cleanings and fillings as they were kind, made sure I was never in pain *during* a procedure, and got me in for quick appointments- until now. Worked on fillings on the same tooth 3 times, each time just made the pain worse; ended up in the ER this passed weekend in extreme pain after an appointment with Westend earlier in the week to 'repair' the same tooth. The fillings were stuffed so deeply that it was crushing my tooth pulp/nerve, and I just spent all day today at IU Dental School as an emergency walk in to have it taken care of. The options were root canal or extraction, as a result of how Westend packed it. Couldn't afford the root canal so just ended up biting the bullet and having it pulled, I just couldn't take the pain anymore. During one of Westend's attempts to work on my tooth prior to this, the dental tech had extreme difficulty working on the area, to the point the other tech shadowing her asked if they should get the doctor to take a look or try. The tech doing the work refused and continued to do it herself. I should have seen that for the red flag it was at the time, but instead I went back hoping they could fix things. Terrible decision. Just... be careful here.

Services from the reception desk to the Dentist and Staff, GREAT!!! Clean, they are Gentle which I Love because I’m terrified of the dentist, Lol, they made me feel so comfortable and Zulianny perfected at doing my fillings! The dentist did an extraction on me and I didn’t know she was even done because she was so Gentle😊 I Highly recommend, just be layered up because it is Freezing in there!
