Everyone there was very kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. They explained everything that was needed done and showed me pictures of issues that needed addressed. They explained what everything meant so I could understand. I was very thankful that I chose this doctor office because they were great!! Would recommend to anyone who needs an amazing dentist!!!

Dr. Williams has been my dentist for many years now. Her hygienists are very professional, friendly, caring and do a wonderful job with the cleanings. Everything is very organized. The front desk staff keeps up with your appointments, reminders and making sure everything is billed properly. They are very flexible in their scheduling. Overall, a very top-notch organization!

No one loves going to the dentist, let's be honest, but if you must (and you should for good health!), Dr. Williams and her team are the ones to go to. I've been a client for years now since moving to Indianapolis from Michigan. Recently I had one of my crowns fall off when I bit something too hard and was able to get scheduled the next day to get it fixed. Quality of care is top priority for any healthcare needs, but customer care/service should not be a compromise for it; Dr. Williams delivers on both. I feel they take pride in their work whether it's just a basic cleaning procedure or something that might bite a little (like needing a crown), which is isn't always the case with some dentists. Chew on that when you're looking for your dental needs.

Dr Williams and her entire staff are always friendly and uplifiting.. And, they are total pros in regards to the dental business. I just had a cavity filled and it went great. You will always feel fully informed about what they are doing so there are no surprises. I have been a patient for nearly 10 years and all of my appointments have been outstanding.

The new patient set up process was very easy, the office staff and Dr. Williams were extremely knowledgeable and took great care of my teeth and all of my concerns or wants.
