They are so friendly and kind and very Professional. I went to them to get my new dentures and they are great. I would recommend every single one to go there for your dental work. Love the atmosphere from all the staff members. Dr Church is great, he takes his time with his patients and he explains everything to you!! Thank you to Dr. Church and the staff. I have had a good experience with the team at front desk and in the back. Such an amazing team and I had great experience with them. I recommend my daughter to go to them.
I've had x-rays, cleanings, and several fillings performed by Washington Street Dentistry. Every experience has been wonderful. The dentists, technicians, and receptionists are all polite, friendly, and professional. My fillings have all been quick and painless.
Had extractions done and dentures in same day great dentist little to no pain would highly recommend to everyone very caring dr. Can't say enough about how good my experience was.
As many others have said, Dr. Church is awesome. The front staff ruin it for me though. Extremely rude and dismissive. Not sure how/how they continue to employ such unpleasant individuals. They literally have no care or concern with speaking to patients, and I have had enough. My recommendation don't go here. Pick somewhere else to go.
Dr. Church/ treats his patients as if they are his family! He NEVER rushes the appointments and he explains everything in a way that you understand. I would definitely refer and recommend him to everyone that I know and love ‼️ And you can thank me later.
I love Dr. Church, been going to him for a while. The staff is great. Now since I change insurance I would not be going back to him. But if you want a good dentist, Dr. Mathew Church is the one you want.
The front desk phone people are never pleasant to communicate with but I love dr church and the dental assistances so much. I think because he’s happy and they are happy with what they are doing it shows through their work. Customer service courses should still be an ongoing process for the front end.
