Aspen Dental - Indianapolis, IN - E. Washington St

A lot of people don't enjoy going to the dentist and I am apart of that group but I can say that I love going to this Aspen Dental location. Their quality of care and professionalism is unmatched. All of the staff members are excellent, but I have to shout out Dr. Gebru and Aislynn. Despite the issues with crowns and the obstacle of my tooth sensitivity they were thorough, patient, and helped keep me calm in the midst of an unpleasant experience. I 100% recommend coming to this office for your dental care!

I would first like to say my blood pressure is very high anytime I go to the dentist. This was my first time going to Aspen and I must say my BP was abnormally normal. I had should a great experience here. I’ve not been happy with my smile for such a long time that I just gave up on really smiling. These ladies were awesome and made me feel seen. Special thanks to Ruth, Julie, Natalie and Dr Gebru. So you know, every staff member I encountered was professional and polite. I Have A Smile Now and it’s thanks to this team!!! Thank You!!!

They quoted me over 4900$ for my 16 yr old son and went to another dentist and price wasn’t even close and they repaired my son’s tooth due to he is not recommended to get a crown until the age of 18 and hear that from two other dentist! We won’t be back to Aspen dental.. I only had to pay 126$ out of pocket when they told me over 4900$ out of pocket!!

They're very thorough and easy to work with. They squeezed in last minute and let me split the payment into two payments. I can go to the VA for free but I'd rather pay for decent care.

First visit was great. Staff was friendly and helpful until we got the price. I have 2 different dental insurances and they wanted to still charge me $12,000.00! My husband has a broke tooth that the doctor "deemed" saveable that he wants pulled. They told us they would NOT pull the tooth. We had to pay $800.00 to get a filling!! This is absolutely crazy. We should have a choice if we would like the tooth saved or removed smh. Fyi... to pull the tooth on our insurances was only $35.00

Do not trust what the staff here tell you!! GET A 2ND OPINION!! They tried taking advantage of my 24 year old autistic son! Told him he had peridontal disease and gave him a bill of over $3000!!! Took him to a nearby family dentistry office and it was confirmed- NO PERIDONTAL DISEASE! GINGIVITIS! Had treatment done for $300! THIS NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!!

Everyone is very friendly and good at what they do. Prices are "cheaper" than most other places, but still be willing yo give up at least a hand instead of an arm or leg. Seems to be standard these days when it comes to pricing though, but they are still more affordable than most.
