My Indy Dental Center

They cancelled my appointment with one week notice after confirming the appointment a few days prior. They claimed the hygienist was not going to be there and they had to cancel all of their appointments for Monday April 27th. Super unfortunate since I had this planned for over 6 months and can’t take off work willingly. Not worth the hassle - I recommend going to any other dentist in the Indy area.

My experience there was amazing. They were very attentive to my needs . I never had a deep cleaning and filling with hardly any pain! Everyone there were polite and helpful. I would recommend anyone to My Indy Dental.

The days of the neighborhood practice where the Doctor and staff knew you by face, and provided you with the care deserving of a returning patient have sadly gone. I should have read the writing on the wall when a few years ago my hygienist for years was no longer there and the new staff didn’t even recognize who she was. Since then, it’s been no doctor, new doctors, and staff I don’t recognize. Out of my last four visits, I’ve had to reschedule twice and only received x-rays once because their machine was broken or the computer system was down. I had always scheduled my next appointment during the previous one, but last time was told they would call me. They didn’t call. So, if you like me are looking for a doctor and staff that value you as a patient like myself, you should look elsewhere.

Great experience! The dental hygienists and dentist go above and beyond checking blood pressure and for lymph nodes! They are very professional and have later hours to work with my schedule!

Absolutely amazing. I did wait about 40 mins to be seen but it was worth it. Dr.Yang is the only doctor who has ever done an amazing exam. Out of all my dentist I’ve been to I haven’t had an "inflammation test" on my gums before and he said they were good! I’m very pleased overall with my experience and I would continue to go here.

Made appt 2 weeks ago. End of day appt. When I came in the receptionist was very welcoming, informative, and had answered all my questions thoroughly. Place was clean. Not crowded. The dental assistant was funny and upbeat. Dr. Yang was very gentle, patiently explained the whole process, answered my why's. I've been to a couple different dentists over the years. Most dental offices are terrible. This is great!! I definitely plan on going back!!

they were easy to book with, easy to find, they gave me sunglasses to shield me from the horrible light they use, and best of all, they noticed that the cement holding my permanent retainer onto my tooth had come off, and calculated how much it would cost to fix without me asking (only $30), and offered to fix it right then and there. their transparency and service were excellent and I will be going back!
