My experience was truly great. The staff was patient, welcoming, and most importantly, very informative. As a parent whose child hasn’t always had the best experiences at the dentist, I really appreciated how they helped reshape that experience into a positive one. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I was unable to receive my cleaning during the appointment due to the extensive exam, and I was really hoping to get that done. I also wasn’t expecting such a large upfront payment, as I usually prefer payment plan options. Overall, though, the care and professionalism of the staff were greatly appreciated.

During that time, they failed to properly process my insurance claims, which resulted in more than $1,700 not being covered by my two dental insurance plans. I repeatedly followed up with the clinic after receiving notifications from my insurance providers over the course of several years. Despite my efforts, the billing issues were never corrected. Instead, the clinic only contacted me regarding the outstanding balance and payment requests. Throughout my visits, I also felt that the clinic frequently recommended additional treatments and procedures that increased my out-of-pocket costs. I cannot say for certain whether this affected the insurance claims, but the overall experience left me feeling concerned and frustrated. Overall, my experience with their billing practices and treatment recommendations was disappointing.

Renew is fantastic. They are thorough in cleaning, examination, and up on all the latest dental health research & technology. It’s very easy to find an appt time that works, and pretty easy to change or cancel when needed. They are awesome with my entire family, us adults down to my youngest when they were a year old! Extremely proactive.

The reviews about how amazing this dentists office are, are absolutely true. They really were very professional, kind, patient, and thoughtful. If every dentist was like this, fear of the dentist would not be a thing anymore. They really will take care of you here. There is also parking in the back, as well as the front.

I don’t like the dentist, at all. I’ve had traumatic experiences and for me, having a manner and ability to soothe the patient through presence (not just meds) is very important. It is my opinion that Dr. Nellum Studebaker embodies what a dentist is supposed to be. Gentle, communicative, honest, vested. She’s a gem in the city, and the best dentist I’ve ever had. If you looking, just google her name. You won’t be disappointed! More than 5⭐️

I felt very respected and taken care of. I went in thinking I needed a crown after a root canal and Dr Miller was honest in his evaluation and concluded that I only needed a filling. Money saved and less invasive!
