Would not recommend at all! First was horrible and also my last. Extremely pricey, said they could do payment plan. Then once I was unhappy with results switched dental offices. All of a sudden not honoring the payment plan and also charging me to get my own x rays Stay away

Protecting my identity with this user because afraid of repercussions! Will never go to Katie again because totally messing up my teeth! Did crown and needed root canal. Did filling and not even bonded to my tooth so got worse. Over $7000 later another dentist to get it right! All this work in a matter of months 2025-2026. Do not go here please believe me.

Second star is for the staff, front desk and the hygienists were always kind. But similar to other reviews, issues with prior fillings here. One of my daughter's abscessed and the pediatric dentist we see now was appalled at the way her fillings were handled. I left Katie's office after a very ugly verbal experience with her during my 9 year old daughter's filling and we removed our entire family from the practice.

Originally really enjoyed the staff and dr as the offered a lot of good info. Been having issues with fillings done by this office. Just went to a different dentist and all the filling I had done at this office were poorly done and are all needing to be redone. New dentist informed me of excess material, debonded fillings, and air bubbles in fillings.

I traveled 2 hours to see Katie Orr, being that there are no holistic dentists near me (to address a concern from dental work by another provider). The trip was well worth it! The staff was very good about returning calls and scheduling. The visit started with a tour of the facility to better understand the holistic approach. Katie is such a people person (she took the time to listen and provided great recommendations). She also followed up via email. As a healthcare agent and patient I recommend Katie 100%. She has a great sense of humor and a gentle approach that even helps those with anxiety. She has your best interest! 🙂

Great dentist. Knows her stuff, and doesn’t delegate to her staff like my old dentist. I had to replace a couple of crowns. My old dentist couldn’t get the bite right and I was in a lot of pain while waiting for the permanent crown for my first crown. When I had a second tooth need a crown, there was no way I was going to let my old dentist handle it. I switched to Dr Katie. Not only did I have a much better experience in her office, but she fixed the bite problem in the other crown and all the pain went away. I am glad I switched dentists!

My son has been having struggles with his teeth. Dr. Katie responded quickly and was very eager to come up with a plan to help him. I was so worried but she has been so reassuring and nurturing to me and my kids.
