From the very beginning, the staff was informative, friendly, and professional. Even in their busiest times, they always made me feel that my dental health was important to them. Their communication to remind me of my appointments to the explanation of the financial situation is topnotch. I was really impressed with how they remembered my name after not having an office for three months. The final product is excellent too!

Had a really good experience here. Went in for a broken tooth, and in quite a bit of pain. The staff is very friendly and did a wonderful job walking me through a dental plan to get me where I wanted to be in the near future, and then taking extreme care with the extraction. Ive used Aspen dental in the past as well, and Ive always been glad that I did. Really great service and they work with you in all kinds of ways to make payments and get great discounts. Definitely recommend.

What a great group of people in this office. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. This was the best experience I have had at the dentist. The tooth extraction was seamless and painless. It was quick and the Doc walked me through everything that was happening. I came to this office because I had a dental emergency and they took care of me. I will be switching over to this location. Check them out if you are looking for a dentist, you won't be disappointed.

Linda at the front desk was kind and welcoming. She did a wonderful job explaining my insurance benefits and my financial portion for my Treatment Plan. Emily did a great job cleaning my teeth. She also answered questions for me regarding oral hygiene.

I will start by saying yes everyone hates going to the dentist, I have had years of horrible treatment and situations around the dental and medical field, so I don't trust alot of the people in the medical field. HOWEVER The people at Aspen dental castleton is one of the most caring, understanding and willing to just do whatever to have you smiling again. I have delt with tooth problems for years, always wanted to get a plan for a more permanent fix to my issues. The people here took me in, heard me out and set up the best game plan. The doctor is super friendly, was A LOT more inexpensive than I got quoted by multiple other place and even then the other places really didn't want to do the work I felt was needed for my long term mouth care. The people here looked out for me with kindness and caring through everything, even when Im panicking about upcoming procedures. The people here are incredible and well worth making this the place you can get your smile back

Was a patient many years ago. Came back to town with an issue and the employees...across the office, were accommodating and extremely helpful. I came in with what I thought of as a crisis and within an hr I walked out touched up and extremely happy. Thanks again!! Much appreciated.

This location is awesome! All the staff were prompt, friendly and efficient. And thorough. Going to the dentist can be really stressful sometimes. However. Kailyn. The dental assistant that was helping was very good. She had a great personality, explained everything and was very caring. She knows her stuff & you can tell that. She loves her job and cares about the patients. She took at least 20 X-rays in no time flat. The dentist was just as good have to wait long at all. He explained all my options, got me set up for my partial & I actually had time to get back to work and finish my shift! I would definitely recommend this location!
