Terrible experience. I had no problem at all with my wisdom teeth. but he kept on recommending to remove them. After so many times, I followed his advice. That was a big mistake!! I changed dentist and now having problems with deep bucket around the last tooth because food always gets stuck there. It creates inflammation. Other dentists said I should have never took those wisdom teeth out. That was a bad advice. I understand why Dr young always pushed me to to that. Probably a nice referral commission from the other surgeon that removed my 4 wisdom teeth unnecessary! Shame on you.

Dr. Young and his staff have excellent service!! I have been a patient of Dr. Young for over 5 years. They are very professional, well trained and always welcoming! Dr. Young offers a variety of services especially on airway focused dental care. In addition, his receptionists are very organized and lets me know ahead in advance when I have an appointment coming up (via text message, email etc). They even fit me into their busy schedule immediately when I chipped my tooth. Thank you Dr. Young and staff for taking great care of my teeth! Truly grateful! Also, they are conveniently located in town walking distance from Ala Moana. (Lots of parking!) His office is clean, organized with a beautiful view!

Dr. Young and his staff are fantastic on so many levels. His expert knowledge in airway dentistry is unparalleled. If only all dentists knew of the urgent concerns and importance of airway dentistry and addressing these types of health concerns the overall health of people would likely be significantly improved. Having a Myofacial therapist like Kimmy in office is also a great asset. Highly recommend.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! I cannot recommend Dr Young and his team enough! I had to travel from Maui to Oahu as none of the dental practices on Maui would assist me with what I needed done. Kayla provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to assist me at the practice. Dr Young is not only an expert in his field but is also kind, caring and took a lot of time to explain the various options that he could provide me with. Everyone that I met or worked with, including Michelle, was super nice and so helpful. I have been a patient of Dr. Young since late 2016 and the service and dentistry advice have been nothing but the best. From the recommendations to the superior dental cleanings, Dr. Young and staff are by far some of the best experiences I have had in the dentist seat. Add to that, Dr. Young’s passion, knowledge, and background in explaining mouth breathing and the effects on the teeth and facial structure are amazing. I am a walking testimony of the before and after of the Myobrace system used by an adult in their 40’s who experienced a complete realignment of the teeth and facial reconstruction from a simple and cost effective Myobrace teeth alignment system. Dr. Young and his staff are excellent! Most gentle cleaning I have ever had but very thorough. Also got whitening treatment same day as cleaning and my teeth look great! Dr. Young is also very thorough and doesn't rush. He went over my x-rays and explained areas for concern and detailed treatments.

I have been a patient of Dr. Young’s for several years.  I’m in the Air Force Reserves and before being deployed, I was required to get a dental clearance.  I thought I had been taking good care of my teeth but…..  I required so much dental treatment, including a root canal.  While Dr. Young did not do the root canal himself, he referred me to the kindest Endodontist, Dr. Paulo Nogueira, who not only got me in THE SAME DAY but the entire procedure was painless.  Dr. Young fit me into many different available time slots to enable me to get all of my work done before deployment which included a crown for the tooth that required the root canal.  My teeth look amazing because the work Dr. Young does is outstanding and his commitment to quality work is very apparent.  His staff have always made me feel like I am special and an important part of their dental office.  Thank you, Dr. Young, for my winning smile and for accepting my dental insurance through the military.  I am so grateful to you and your wonderful staff!
