Dr. Hirose and her staff are all so nice and professional. I had a cleaning and exam done on Saturday, August 10, 2024. Her staff handles the insurance stuff for me, which made everything so easy. And no tears and my teeth look and feel fantastic! I will be returning to see her and her team for all my future dental work.
Dr hirose has been a life saver for my very dental phobic husband. She has helped him overcome his immense fears. Has a great plan going forward for him. She is also my new dentist, and is very calm and patient. She got me in when I had an emergency broken tooth on the day that I was flying off island. Fixing me up quickly and efficiently. Fantastic staff that provides excellent care! Dr. Rhinelle took the time to clearly explain the plan for my treatment and what that would entail. She and her staff ensured I understood what my options were and why they recommended a specific course of action. The staff was extremely happy and attentive to my needs (great energy from everyone)! Generally speaking, I like many others, aren't huge fans of going to the dentist. Dr. Rhinelle and staff helped ensure my visit was as comfortable and easy as possible. Will definitely return to this amazing office!
Dr Hirose is great!! Went in for a filling and a cleaning and came out feeling awesome- she was transparent about costs, recommended treatment and process Honesty and great work in a dentist is a rarity - definitely recommend to any and all!!
