His office staff are warm and friendly, making an uncomfortable situation feel comfortable due to their loving care. I broke a tooth in early April during this Covid 19 shelter in place time. I called several dentists. Dr. Azuma was the only one who called me back. He personally called me back and took me in as new patient. Most dentists are not accepting new patients during this pandemic. I found Dr.Azuma to be caring, kind, honest and compassionate. Unlike some of the other reviews posted??? I noticed that he had a really good rapport with his staff. Everyone was relaxed and happy. His staff is also top notch!!! Warm, friendly and extremely helpful! I am currently under Dr. Azuma’s care and feel like I am in good caring hands by him and his staff. I also got my teeth cleaned. Michelle, my hygienist was awesome. She has a soft touch and it was the best cleaning that I have received in years. I’m very grateful to Dr. Azuma for taking me in as a patient. I’m more than happy to refer his practice to anyone who is looking for a dentist who really has your best interest in mind.

Dr. Azuma has been my dentist for a couple of years now, but after today I have finally had it with his horrible bedside manner. He has zero manners. I have also witnessed him be verbally abusive to the amazing women he is lucky to have working for him, which is the only reason I kept coming back! They do all the amazing work on my teeth and he comes in and throws nothing but attitude at them. Also sat at the desk eating his lunch next to someone during this time. SOCIAL DISTANCE - you'd think he would be more considerate of the people he has working for him.
