Loved my experience at Dentaworks Hawaiʻi! Dr. Wong is awesome, and Mani is such a bright spot so friendly and welcoming. The whole team has great energy, and I really appreciate the flexible weekend hours. Makes coming to the dentist way easier than it should be!

Last time I went, they overbooked appoinment slots and I had to wait 1 hour past my scheduled time to be seen. Now, they texted me a confirmation a few days before the appt, which I replied to confirm. Arrived for the appt and the office was closed. No notice! I will not return to this dentist.They do not value their patients' time.

I really love this office. I had to get an implant because own of my teeth cracked completely in half and Dr. Wong and his staff were so knowledgeable and kind throughout the whole procedure. It really put me at ease, and the staff answered all of my panic induced questions LOL Also, shoutout to my favorite hygienist, Rachel. She’s the best at what she does and I always know that my teeth are going to be squeaky clean after a session with her.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Kristi Koyanagi and her staff. I’m always a bit anxious to see a new dentist, but Dr. Koyanagi was very patient with me and spent time explaining procedures and addressing questions which I really appreciated! She remained very professional but had a very lovely and personable attitude/personality. It’s not easy to find a good dentist, but I think I’ve found one that I’ll be going to. I highly recommend Dr. Koyanagi for everyone!

Let me start with . . . I usually have an irrational phobia of going to the dentist . Having shared that - I'm completely comfortable with Dr. Kristi Koyanagi. I received Invisalign treatments, so I went to the office every 4-5 weeks. At the beginning of my Invisalign treatments, I had many questions, all of which were answered. I remembered sharing that my sister's Invisalign was cutting her gums and her dentist told her to file them down herself. At Dentaworks, they said if there is ever a problem with the liners, it was THEIR job to fix it, not mine. Accountability is just one reason why I feel secure that I had made the right choice trusting Dentaworks Hawaii with my ortho needs. Dr. Kristi is professional, knowledgable, patient, she thoroughly explains everything, is quick to laugh, and has made me feel at ease with each visit. She always helps me to feel comfortable and never apprehensive about our appointments. It also helps that the office is run well. Since beginning treatments, I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. It's not just Dr. Kristi that is great - the staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. You aren't just a number to them - they greet you by name when you enter and make you feel welcome. Best part - my treatment is done and my teeth are beautiful!
