Indy Dental Health - Greenwood

I have been going to this facility for several years now and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the staff! From the time you check in, everyone is super friendly. The hygienist is very thorough. Asks if I have any questions and is knowledgeable in answering my questions. She always checks to see if I’m comfortable throughout the cleaning process. The dentist is super friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the the best, I would definitely score them easily at a million.

My son needed some bite guards. We were quoted zero dollars after insurance. A few months ago I received a bill for $352. I called about it and said they were going to rerun the insurance. At my visit today I was told it’s still $352. That’s the final bill that I have to pay even though I was quoted zero dollars. They said that was just an estimate. I told them an estimate of zero dollars to 352 is a big difference she said again it’s just an estimate. I spine how can one make a financial decision on something and then be expected to pay $352 more than what they thought it was going to cost. As a result I will no longer be visiting this dentist anymore. Be warned when they quote you a price it could be substantially higher when you get your invoice months later

I am happy that I decided to visit Indy Dental Health. The team was very professional and kind. Everyone made me feel comfortable even with my high anxiety of going to a dentist. They addressed all my questions and concerns with compassion. I also liked how Dr. Brian talked about my options so that I could understand him. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Indy Dental is the best! Alyssa has been my hygienist for a while and she is gentle beyond compare. She knows my sensitive teeth as well as I do! I always look forward to my cleanings at Indy Dental. Thanks for helping me take good care of my teeth.

I had the pleasure of having Matt/the dentist, and Jamey take care of me today. I had a chipped tooth that needed a cap. Jamie took care of preparing everything and helped fit the new tooth. Matt stepped in to make the necessary adjustments for a really good fit. I appreciate the effort the two of them put into making my visit a success. Everyone in the office was great! Thank you all

We felt so welcomed right as soon as we walked in. All of the office staff were very friendly. The Dentist spent a lot of time explaining things to us and giving us options. Great place!!

Friendly service. They were ready right when I walked in on my appointment time. Did not try to make issues up for profit. The doctor was intelligent and I was confident in what he said.
