Beautiful Smiles

My visit was excellent. My service dog and I popped in to see if they were accepting new patients and offered nitrous; the answer to both was yes. I asked if I could make an appointment for a consultation and the girl at the desk said they could see me right then if I wanted. I accepted and after filling out the extensive paperwork I was greeted by Carrie. I’m low vision so she was patient about letting me finish the paperwork as well as showing me how to get to where I needed to be. She took extra care guiding me into the panoramic X-ray machine as well as doing regular X-rays and actual photos of my teeth. She checked my gums and then put it all together on the computer so I could see EVERYTHING going on with my mouth, including what my previous dentist never saw or told me about. Dr Stevens came in and did a once-over, including what Carrie had done. Now they’re working up a plan to get my mouth back into good shape.

This was my first time going to Beautiful Smiles, I found them searching the internet and based selecting them from reviews. I was very please at how thorough they were , Amber did an excellent job explaining procedure and results. The communication here is great and that too me is a big plus. When I have the root planing and scaling done I will update but I believe it will go good.

Just had my first appointment here at beautiful smiles. First of all, Im scared of dentists and new people and places in general. Receptionist was sweet, the lady that did my exam (very complete!) Was absolutely sweet. (She introduced herself, but I was nervous and cant remember her name) and to top it all off when they called me back there was a pupper back there that greeted me!! ( miles, see, I remembered that name) anyway, needing some work done but not feeling anxious about it thanks to the AWESOME people and pup I met today! Thank you guys so so much! One more thing, my teeth have NEVER been this clean!

This is by far the best experience I have ever had in a dental office. The staff is Amazing and extremely knowledgeable. As someone who suffers from extreme anxiety, i felt very calm and comforted as they walked me through each and every step. I learned so much about my own teeth that I have always wanted to know but no one has ever shared. One of my favorite parts was seeing Miles who is there anti-anxiety dog who is in the office to help calm those of us that need it down. Even when it comes to The financial portion, they go through each and every step as far as what would be the recommendation for the first thing that you’ve done to the last and get through all the costs, including your insurance with you. I would definitely give his practice in A+.

I came with quite a bit of upper jaw pain and not knowing exactly what was happening. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly and got me in within short time. The discovery was made that I needed two teeth extracted to avoid further problems and pain. The doctor and office were extremely informative and answered any questions I had. We discussed a treatment plan and I was able to have the teeth remove shortly thereafter. The teeth took a bit of wrangling and fuss but the doctor stuck to it and was very calm and professional during the whole procedure. I highly recommend giving these folks the chance to help you with your needs.

This place was awesome. One on one information. The office staff makes ya feel at home. Miles makes sure ya stay calm and Dr Steven's is great. Had a really bad tooth. Was a great consultation with him and his staff. Any needs needed sent in promptly and ready asap at pharmacy. They made sure everything was set and we got the solution done and the tooth out. Sent home and all is well. Would recommend this office to anyone that has a fear of dentists. They make you feel like part of the family.

They were great, only complaint is they never sent my script to the pharmacy... Ut I don't even know what I was suppose to get... But they were great with my tooth extraction...
