Pinova Dental & Braces

I just called your clinic and a rude person answered I believe his name is Jose I was calling to make an appointment but first to see if your clinic takes my insurance, the conversation quickly whent from 0-100 almost arguing with me pls educate and train your staff more properly or get them more up to date. I have no reason to be arguing with anybody on a call that was suppose to be for an insurance check and appointment set but Jose hung up on me! I hope you record your calls, I called 6/4/26 @ 4:45pm

The doctors and staff at Pinova Dental are very kind and helpful. I started going to Pinova about 6 months ago. Doctor Khamsi suggested that I use an electric toothbrush and I did my gum health improved tremendously. The doctors and staff do truly care about their patients. So glad I changed dentist and when to Pinova. I would highly recommend Pinova to anyone. Great staff great service.

Overall experience was 10/10. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Entire process felt comfortable, not rushed, not intimidating nor pushy to try add extras. Everything was explained throughly and every question addressed. The lady (didn’t catch names) but that did x rays, thank you for reassuring me I would be taken care of and making me feel comfortable. Hygienist & dentist thank you for being gentle & being so detailed in checking everything I needed. Lady in front thank you for explaining all my options, prices and not making me feel pressured.

Everything was ok up until it was my mom’s turn to be seen the nurse was just plain rude like she really didn’t want to be there my mom is a senior lady and requires lots of patience because of her disability’s so working in this field you must because you will have lots of seniors and kids and people like her just don’t need to have this kind of job. When the doctors (dentist) came in it was the same I did tell him that my mom was terrified because of a bad experience so she was a little nervous seemed not to care much I will be looking for somewhere else to take my mom somewhere they like what they are doing and do a good job on explaining and giving them the comfort that patients with anxiety and fear for dentist appointments go smoothly.

Each time I've gone to Pinova Dental, everyone has been so kind and very helpful. I've met each doctor there for various reasons, and they all make the dental experience so easy to handle. It's a one stop place for all your dental needs.

Front desk was very courteous and knowledgeable. Dental assistant was great, and specialist dentist was very kind and caring. She informed me of my issue and provided me with advice immediately.

Absolutely the best! The professionalism is top notch. Absolutely loved Dr. Robles, periodontist, and Kristina, dental assistant. They were very concerned, and were detailed in everything they did. You can tell they love their job, and it shows. Thank you!
