This Dental Clinic has never given me a reason to be upset. They are my primary clinic for any dental work my daughter may need and the staff is always so nice and courteous. Depending on the cost of any work done, they are willing to make split payment arrangements and they don't harass you about the payment either. I took my daughter there last week and upon leaving was notified I had a remaining balance due from a visit roughly 2 months prior. Dr. Darj is one of the nicest ladies I have ever spoken with and is extremely understanding and compassionate towards children. She and her staff do everything they can to make sure that your kids feel comfortable getting dental work done and they inform you of the upcoming cost totals for any future work they recommend. If I could give them a better rating higher than a 5 Star review, I would.

Excellent service from start to finish! The front staff was super friendly, informative, and quick. I felt taken care of right away. Dr. Darj explained everything so clearly and with so much attention to detail, it honestly made me look forward to my next visit (which says a lot 😄) And the hygienist? Amazing. I was a little nervous because of my sensitivity, but he was gentle, talked me through everything, and kept checking in on me during the cleaning. Truly such a great experience all around ♡

My wife and I are very pleased with the services provided by both dentists. We’ve been seen by both at different times. Spent almost $400 for an annual visit. Please read. I had a very concerning experience at this dental office and feel it's important to share. From the start, I was asked to sign consent forms on a signature pad without being shown the actual documents unless I specifically requested them. That alone felt like a lack of transparency. During my visit, I was told I needed a "deep cleaning" and was diagnosed with gum disease, yet no clear evidence (such as X-rays or measurements) was shown to support this-especially concerning since l had recently been seen by another dentist who did not mention any such issues. What raised further red flags was the strong push toward multiple minor procedures before addressing the primary concern that brought me in. It felt like the focus was on billing as many services as possible to my insurance rather than prioritizing necessary care. As a result, my insurance benefits were quickly being used up and I had to pay out of pocket. Patients deserve transparency, clear explanations, and treatment plans that prioritize their health—not their insurance limits. I strongly recommend asking detailed questions, requesting to see all documentation before signing, and seeking a second opinion if something doesn't feel Right.

Dr. Darj was a light at the end of the tunnel of getting different dentist opinions on the same issue. This was the fist dentist I’ve had here in El Paso that really seem to care about you & your emotions. They treat you really well. Kind.❤️
