I went to Lucas office to have my teeth cleaned by Lavelle. I had a very good experience. I didn't have to wait I walked right in. The cleaning was not painful. Lavelle was very gentle an nice.

I personally love this office, their always nice to me. I'm in and out.. always time sufficient, and efficient work ethics. It's quiet, clean, and my kind of place. I'm in the back before I even finish the paperwork. Thanks for the service Lucas

The customer service portion of my visit from the front desk was nice however, the dentist who examined me was rushing and rude. I set an appointment for a cleaning and braces consultation and only upon arrival was I told that they do not do braces but could refer me. That was a waste of time aside from over 1.5 hours waiting for the cleaning. I was taken back for x-rays and exam but to actually have my teeth cleaned was going to be an additional hour wait. Poor time management in this office.

Went in to get a wisdom tooth pulled and the tooth next to the wisdom pulled . When I say didn't feel a thing, fast, friendly EXTREMELY PLEASED I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. LUCAS THANK YOU DR. LUCAS 10 STARS🌟

I have been going to this dentist office for years and have been more than satisfied with the staff and services provided. However in the last year or so I have felt very bad vibes coming from one of their staff dentists, Dr Socrates , who has quite a nasty personality, very poor "bedside" manner. The rest of staff have been professional and respectful as always. Weed out the trash.

I used to go there with my wife. While Dr. Patricia Perry was there it used to be ok. We went there last time before Christmas. We do not go there anymore after my wife sat in the chair for 2 hours without anything being done for her other than another x-ray. That x-ray was to determine what happened the previous visit when my wife went for a superficial filling. The dentist that worked on her did something that resulted in pain, swelling and the jaw getting blue under that tooth. After the 2 hours we just left. We went to another dentist that gave my wife antibiotics and at the next visit did some more x-rays and determined that the prior dentist affected the nerve and now my wife needs a root canal. Draw your own conclusions. I had to award 1 star in order to post...

My office visit was amazing. The staff, from the receptionist to the doctor were very friendly and considerate.
