I have been coming here for about 3 years. Dr. Hill is very gentle! He and his staff are friendly and dependable. They don't try to sell proceedures you don't need. On top of this the office has a great vibe! There is always good music playing and the atmosphere is so chill. If you like your teeth cleaned while listening to Sade and Stevie Wonder then this is the place.
Horrible experiences with the young female front desk attendant. She was very nasty and snide completely unnecessarily. She's best suited for midnight stocker at a warehouse, or janitor, where nobody has to see her or deal with her. She shouldn't have a job doing customer service by no means!
When calling the office, the receptionist (or whoever took my call,) seemed like they would rather be anywhere else but on the phone with me. When asking questions, the tone with which they were answered was very impatient, so instead of getting the information I needed, I made some excuse about another call on the line rather than continue the interaction.
I’ve been coming to Dr. Hill over 15 years and he displays a level of expertise and professionalism that I have never seen before in any individual in any profession. He is experienced, ethical and efficient as is his staff. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I am truly grateful to have Detroit Caring Dentistry for my dental care and highly recommend them as the preferred dentist office for dental care.

They are just what the name says Caring and gentle with the work being performed!
