Best experience my first time getting teeth extracted, very professional, appeared very knowledgeable I'll continue to come here for all my dental work. 😁

Got my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday and I'm back at work today 🙂 barely any pain and no swelling, and the procedure itself was very quick. He did a great job! Also, the hygienist did a wonderful and thorough job cleaning my teeth. Thank you!!!! ETA: the receptionist gave me a breakdown of my insurance and a doctors note 🙂 - I really appreciate the customer service - thanks!

This was my first visit and everyone was so friendly and very accommodating. The cleaning was good and complete. The hygienist "Ge Ge" was very professional and thorough, Dr. Henderson was great. He explained the dental plan to come. The facility is a little tight. Mrs. H. Smiley

Nurses were great! I was in a lot of pain and came there to have a tooth pulled. The doctor was extremely disrespectful and rude to me. I’m not sure what the problem was and was actually a little shaken after I left. He was talking down to me the whole time; really shocking to see a doctor behave like this. I would never recommend anyone come here. The office was also really old and a little dirty.

Angela Awada was an amazing employee that I had the pleasure to speak to. She was a great hygienist and receptionist Tanesse knew how to answer all my questions on the phone and in person. I cant wait to refer all of my friends and family to this store. The hygienists were amazing and very kind. Great place to come to for your cleanings.😀😄🤗

I went for an annual cleaning and was really unimpressed with the lack of thoroughness and professionalism at Downtown Detroit Dental. The staff were not consistently or properly wearing their masks, the equipment malfunctioned throughout my appointment, the room was shared with another patient through a divider, and the dental hygienist did not thoroughly or gently clean my teeth. I cannot recommend Downtown Detroit Dental.

Run down, dated office without working heat. The dental hygienist Angela was super pushy and insulting and tried to sell me everything under the sun from unnecessary premature x-rays, Invisalign, whitening, gum surgery, etc. Within 5 minutes of meeting me she told me my teeth were yellow, crooked and I had the gum recession if someone 10 years older and should consider surgery. After getting my teeth cleaned in a WINTER COAT, I never even saw the doctor. This is the grossest medical office I’ve ever been to, and you couldn’t pay me to go back.
