Dr. Mike and Cathy went above and beyond for my treatment plan. I travel a lot for work and they were extremely accommodating of my schedule. Also, I live in the suburbs of Detroit and driving downtown did not cause me any trouble. Their office is beautiful and I'm glad they joined the movement to revitalize the city! In addition to that, Dr. Mike worked together with my dentist to correct my bonding and upgrade me to veneers. The process overall exceeded my expectations on so many levels. I would highly recommend Detroit Orthodontic Specialists for my friends, family and strangers on the street!

I've had the best experience with DOS! Cathy, Dr. Mike and Dr. Mary are absolutely amazing! The Doctors and Staff are warm, professional and the best of class. On top of all that, my treatment has gone smoothly and my smile is getting better by the day! I can't say enough good things about my DOS experience!

I recently completed my Invisalign treatment with DOS and couldn't be happier with my results! The downtown location and flexible hours (before work and during lunch) made appointments so convenient for my schedule. But what really sets DOS apart is the amazing staff. Each person on their team, from Dr. Lanzetta to Cathy to Shana, is AWESOME - friendly, genuine and great to be around. They treat each patient like a friend, not like a dollar sign. As an adult who had braces before (and like most kids, didn't love it) it says a lot that I never dreaded appointments at DOS or felt like I was going to a typical ortho office. I love this place! I was praying to find a doctor that could treat my teeth with Invisalign. I have 2 upper teeth missing since I was teenager and now, as an adult, I was dreading the thought of braces. Not only can Dr. Mike treat me with Invisalign but the office is really millennial friendly from the technology they use to show you what your results will look like to how they schedule appointments and create payment plans. Everything is so simple and convenient. On top of all that the staff is lovely and the office itself is a wonderful space with a view. I highly recommend coming here for your smile goals.

My experience with Detriot Orthodontic specialist was amazing ! At first I was nervous about the braces, but now that they are off I am beyond pleased. I can't stop smiling. In my opinion the best orthodontist , been to so many doctors and had hesitations to decide what to do but with Dr.Mike I made my decision the same day, and I am so happy for making it. I worked with Dr. Mike Lanzetta every time I came and he was more than amazing! Always with a good attitude and always made sure he listened to my experience with Invisalign and got my concerns heard.
