Nye Dental of Dearborn

Extremely positive first time experience here! I just moved to the area and was looking for a dentist, found them on Open Care via Instagram. Front desk was super informative and explained what my insurance would cover, answered everything question thoroughly. Everything was very clean, exam chairs were comfy (lol). X-rays, hygentist, and dentist were polite and friendly throughout my new patient exam. Happy to come back for my cleaning! Thanks for a great first experience y'all!

Great bedside manor and friendlessness from all the staff. They listen and want to make sure you're comfortable out of genuine care and have easy payment plans if you need it! Happy I found my regular dentist 🙂

I was a first time patient and I had a wonderful experience there. They told exactly what needed to be done without pushing addons. I would recommend if you are needing a dentist.

Had a dentist appointment at NYD today in Dearborn off of Carlisle Street. It was a wonderful visit. Everyone was welcoming wonderful and the best service and information that I have received from a dentist in a long time. Amazing treatment thank you NYD.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. There seems to be a serious communication breakdown among the staff, and it made the entire visit frustrating and uncomfortable. During my visit, there was confusion about my X-rays, and I was told that a tooth was missing when it clearly was not. Instead of taking the time to properly review the information or resolve the issue professionally, the situation turned into an argument. What made things worse was the behavior of the office manager, who was extremely disrespectful during the conversation. Rather than addressing my concerns calmly or trying to correct the mistake, she hung up the phone on me, which I found very unprofessional. Overall, the staff appeared confused and not on the same page, and it felt like no one really knew what was going on. Communication between the team and with patients needs serious improvement. I would not recommend this office based on my experience. Patients deserve clear information, respectful communication, and professionalism — unfortunately, that was not what I received here. If I can give zero stars I would.

I unfortunately need to take back my positive review. I came in for three fillings and felt rushed and dismissed by the dentist (DR. DALI AL SUAD) . During the procedure, she repeatedly gave me instructions I couldn’t follow because I was numb, which added to my stress and discomfort. She was impatient and did not provide any guidance on how long the numbing would last, what I could eat afterward, or what to expect during recovery. While I’ve had fillings before, this visit was painful and rough, and I felt the care lacked compassion. I can only recommend this practice if you have no other options.
