I feel torn between two locations. I receive excellent care at the Birmingham office—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and the staff are truly wonderful. However, my heart is with the Dearborn location, where I first started my dental care when I moved to Detroit with Dr. Farhat. It’s also much closer to home, which makes it even more convenient. Dr. Farhat is down-to-earth, caring, detail-oriented, and truly listens to his patients. He’s compassionate, works with you to find the best solutions, and even has a great sense of humor—he always finds a way to make you laugh. It’s not easy to find a dentist you can fully trust, but he truly stands out. I was referred to him by Dr. Hassan, an endodontist in Royal Oak, and both of them do impeccable work. I’ve made plenty of choices in life, and choosing them was definitely one of the best. They treat you like family, and I always feel like a VIP here. If you want to be treated like royalty, I highly recommend this place.

I went in terrified because of my fear of dentists. I sent them an email, letting them know. They were more than accommodating. I was allowed to listen to my own music, they helped me get a medication to take before the wisdom teeth removal which put me in a state of almost 'idgaf' and 'idc'. At that point, I was just chilling. My appointment was supposed to be two hours but was done in one. I didn't even feel the Novocaine injections whilst they were happening nor did I know we were even done so soon until I was told. They asked me if I wanted each step explained and I didn't, but if you're into that stuff, they have that for you too. The office is super clean and the front desk staff are extremely helpful and really nice. Renee was very helpful and kind to me... everyone was, that's just one of the main names I can remember at the moment. THANK YOU DR. FARHAT!

My frist time at this clinic. Staff very friendly. The Hygenist Massada I beleive her name, went above ans beyond, she was great explaining every step. Dr Muhammad was great and friendly,very honost, not trying to over selling treatments if not needed. Thank you so much for the great experiance. Second visit today! Have to say you walk out of this place with great smile, Not only because of the great job they do on your teeth, also because of the great and friendly customer service they do. I am always happy to come to the office of Dr. Farhat and his team. What an extraordinary group of individuals who are committed to their patients overall well-being and health. Their level of professionalism is extraordinary, and I appreciate their ability to work around schedules, accommodate last minute changes, and be a source of support when navigating through various insurance processes. I love my hygienist, Zainab Saad, she is absolutely wonderful and a joy to be around. I love how genuine she is and how much she cares about the dental needs of her patient.

Today was my first visit and I’m glad I made the decision to choose Zenith Dental! I got treated by Zainab & Dr. Natalie, they were so nice & explained everything thoroughly. Showed me all the X-Rays and pictures taken. Took their time to help me understand exactly what they were going to do for treatment. And answered every question I had. If you’re hesitant, just book the appointment! You can tell they really love their jobs and want to help you love your smile more! I highly recommend.
