Extremely disappointing experience. After waiting nearly months for my appointment, I confirmed the scheduled date as instructed in the email I received. On the day of the appointment, I never received a call from the team. When I followed up, I was told that they had left me a voicemail. While it’s possible that I may have missed it, no additional communication was attempted. No follow-up call, text message, email, or any other effort to reach me. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of flexibility afterward. Rather than honoring the appointment I had waited months for or making a reasonable accommodation, I was told that the next available appointment would be another six weeks away. After investing so much time waiting for an appointment, I expected a more professional and patient-focused approach. The communication, scheduling process, and overall customer service fell far short of expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to others.

A lot of years of overcoming hurdles & making sacrifices; I finally showed up to a dentist appointment. Not only did these ladies take care of me physically, they healed a piece of me mentally and emotionally. They allowed me to shed my tears and be vulnerable in such an unexpected place. I am so grateful to have chosen the right place for my dental health needs. Thank you Ladies💛

The staff at the front desk was kind but the drs are experimenting and not performing well . Made several mistakes on my teeth and continued to rack up charges to try to fix their mistakes. The pricing is ranked high so the "payment discount plan" can seem beneficial. This place is a scam and I don’t recommend to ANYONE

I went to this office for 2 years and the front desk staff and hygienists were very kind. However, my dentist was constantly changing and I always ended up being there for about 2 hours in the middle of the work day. Additionally, they quoted me WAY higher for treatments than other offices. The most recent time I went, I had to get a filling. Before that appointment, I had absolutely no pain. However, once the filling was in, I couldn’t even eat on that side of my mouth for weeks because of the extreme pain. I went back into the office, the dentist did some slight tweaking, but I still had pain weeks later. I ended up switching to a new office.

Great staff. Appointment thorough and on time. Staff friendly and explained everything. Looking forward to this being my new dentist!

From start to finish my experience was great. The Staff was professional, kind and sensitive to my diagnosis which was a little disheartening. LA kept the energy high and I felt at ease right away. I would highly reconnected Creve Coeur Dentistry

I've been an Ortho patient with Dr Mooney since 2023. He's a really great provider, very funny and personable. I also referred my husband who has a very complex case that will require jaw surgery. Dr Mooney has been incredible. The entire staff is great I really appreciate Taylor, Lexi, and Casey who always answer my questions.
