Creve Coeur Dental

I went here because I had a toothache and they were the only place near by that could do an emergency appointment. Showed up, receptionist counter was the best part of this visit. Very nice and genuine. Got taken back to my room, sat there for 2 hours with no one coming in. Finally someone comes in. Dr. Finder comes in and evaluates me, breaks off my tooth (I know it was in bad shape that’s why I came). After he breaks off the tooth, I am told to schedule another appointment because I have deep stages of gum disease and a lot of work needs to be done and then I am sent on my way with a severe sharp point left on my tooth area that should have been treated. That sharp part made my gums bleed for 3 days because he didn’t want to resolve it after breaking it. So I called Big Bend Dental, they schedule me. See my issue, scan my whole mouth and take care of it all in 3 hours. I get a treatment plan to return, do those visits and I am good as new. No gum disease, never was any gum disease. Just super lazy and assumption work from Dr. Finder Just very unprofessional and lazy work. Hopefully they can clean it up at Creve Coeur.

The worst experience ever!!! I don’t know where to begin. First off the staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional! They are rude and sloppy! It took me 2 hours to get a cleaning done from start to finish. Then when the dr. Finally saw me she looked at my teeth and said "I might have a cavity, but we will keep an eye on it." Then 10 min later told me I have a cavity and they need to drill it. WHAT! She didn’t even look at my X-ray to verify. Then said I had a front tooth cavity but it also might be a stain. I’m sorry absolutely insane!!! They will never touch my teeth again. Keep in mind I have never had a cavity or any issues with my teeth. They also claimed I had gum disease and needed to get that worked on right away. To me they just want money. Whoever flossed my teeth was absolutely HORRIBLE. WORST PAIN EVER! The amount of blood coming from my gums is something I have never experienced before. I wish I could give them zero stars. DO NOT GO HERE!

They have always been very nice; EVERYONE, from the front to the back! They have a sense of humor which is important with me. I’m more of a casual person and like both sides to be comfortable. They even turn on music if you want to listen. I moved and drive about 40 miles because I want to stay with them.

This place literally made me feel super uncomfortable. Called in once for antibiotics after an appointment due to infection and was advised they would speak with dentist. I literally had to show up in person and the receptionist was like I'm sorry it slipped my mind I'll go talk with him now. They got it sent off that day but to completely forget a patient is in pain until they show up (Very respectfully btw despite the amount of pain I was in) and the amounts I was quoted were extreme I literally have gotten other quotes from another dentist with my insurance and the difference is staggering.

Creve Coeur Dental has an efficient and professional team. I have great confidence in the care they provide. The friendly, efficient staff is easy to do business with. Highly recommended!

Angel was great. She explained every step of the procedure. I appreciate an upfront dentist. I came in for x-rays and she found time for a cleaning. I'm glad to get it all done in one visit.

I was so scared of dental work so I put it off for years. The staff are great! The vibe is nice. the dentist is efficient and very well trained. On the Second visit he extracted 6 teeth and he was smooth and confident and with the help of the assistant it was over so fast and my fear was no longer. The recovery was easy, no bruising. I was so impressed. Looking forward to more dental work and that's never happened.
