The Downtown Dentist

Had a quarterly dental cleaning today at the Downtown Dentists Willamette street office and the entire experience went very well. Hua the Dental Hygienist did a great job keeping me comfortable, pain free and informed all along the way. The greeting from the front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. The office itself was clean and comforting and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend the Downtown Dentist for all of your dental needs.

This is an amazing dental office. If you want a positive experience from the minute you walk in to the moment you walk out! The office staff are purely professional and extremely friendly and go overboard to meet your needs. Dr. Z is an amazing dentist. He takes his time and is extremely precise. Sheila , his assistant, is extremely knowledgeable while being very friendly and concerned about your well-being and comfort. She knows her craft and then some. The dental hygienist is of equal professionalism, and skill. All in all the experience is amazing. You are made to feel like you are part of that family.

I have trusted this place with my child’s oral health for the last two years. I have paid for their youth dental plan with trust that they would take care of their teeth. After being bullied every time about it how their teeth looked enamel wise but then being told "they were fine for now," I finally had enough and took her to a dentist who listened to my concerns with their enamel. I was shocked to find out their enamel had some developmental problems that lead to cavities that could have been caught from the beginning if this place just did their job and cared about their teeth. Now out thousands of dollars with this place and to spend thousands more to fix my child’s teeth because of Downtown Dental. Don’t bother going here or their second location.

Best dental office in Colorado Springs. Very attentive, caring, professional and welcoming. Also the best Dental Hygienist in town…. Recommend this office to everyone!!!

Ty was really great with me, he explained everything that he was gonna do for the cleaning and before he did anything he’d say " i’m about to do *whatever’s hes about to do* then he’d say" okay?" just for confirmation. I really enjoyed my visit with Ty

So this is my first time going here as a new patient, okay? Now, me personally, I love to feel comfortable, and that’s exactly what the whole staff has done, from the front desk to the nice woman who did my exam and told me about my dental plan. Then you got the Dr., who was just awesome, man. I know down-to-earth people, and she is definitely one of them . I could tell not only that but she is a very strong individual. With that being said, I just found my home in the dental world . I have tried others, but not once have they made me feel like that comfortable, and they are clean too, from inside and outside the building. I look at everything, lol . But seriously, I can’t wait to get all the work I need done by her and the staff. You know, all I can say is if you want someone who does just tell you what they want to tell you and somebody who actually cares about your dental work and stuff, then go here. You won’t be disappointed at all. Like I say, I’m officially a Downtown Dentist fan, patient, and now we’re all family because that’s how I like to do things. Overall, ten stars out of ten I could. Oh, and the best part is I can afford to finally get this work done without the stress of being charged so much, and that’s with my dental insurance. But they are great.
