They are truly amazing here from the front staff to Quinn to the doctor himself (Mr. Hill) and I love it. Plus, it's all about the patient and they are 1000% plus for the patient here. They will go over and beyond to make your dreams come true The environment is giving peace and happiness. Yes! You might go in sad but they will for sure send you on your way out happy. This place is a one in all stop for any dental work you need to be done but do not just take my word and schedule an appointment today. Also still alert because I will be back to show the before and after amazing teeth work

Went in for emergency visit. Front Desk was very welcoming. Dr Moore was amazing, explained everything clearly. I was very nervous and embarrassed but ended up feeling very comfortable. I hope to continue my dental journey with Dr Moore. Highly recommend him. They offered me a discount program through their clinic, that I decided to go with as I have no insurance. I hope they stay true to that as I have seen some negative reviews on this, I guess we will see on that part. Overall my first two visits have been great.

This clinic is wonderful. It changed my life! I couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole team is just amazing all of the wonderful technicians and receptionist and the doctors. Their level of expertise professionalism and kindness is unmatched would recommend – 10 out of 10!

Had a little bit of a rocky start, but they did whatever they could to fix it. The staff are very friendly and professional. They set me up with Petie who took care of me the rest of the way. She is an absolute artist and I appreciate everything she did for me. She deserves a huge raise!

It’s not often that I feel the need to make the time to leave a review, especially a bad one. But I am so disappointed and want to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. A few months back my dad came in to get a quote on some dental work that he really needs and wants. Dr. Hill examined my dad and gave him a quote with a discount. I’m not going to share how much but let’s just say the cost with the discount was still like buying a newer but used car. My dad was hesitant because it was a lot of money but he spent months working and saving it up. In December, he had enough to pay half and finance the rest so he called and asked if they would be willing to honor the same price and they agreed. He got in for an appointment, but they cancelled because the Dr. was sick. No worries. They finally fit him today and he tells my dad that he can no longer honor the price that was quoted. My dad is devastated and back at square one. He worked so hard for this. Just don’t want this to happen to someone else- if they give you a quote and you’re comfortable with it, I guess book it then. And if you’re not ready to spend $40,000 that day, don’t make the appointment until you are. 1 star review because if you can’t be a man of your word and have integrity, then you’re not trustworthy and I wouldn’t want someone like that working on my own teeth.

Do not go to this dentist office! Dr. MOORE and the whole office does terrible work. I get surprise bill of over $1000 and they refuse to honor the warranty on my implant that they put in. Over $7000 worth of dental work and in one year it’s already failed and they refused to honor the warranty. They will be hearing from our legal team and I highly advise everybody to stay away from this place Update. Crown finally fell off Doctors office refused to see me! I will be suing this place and I truly hope they do not work on you or your children. You will regret it. Dr. Moore is the absolute worst Dentist walking this planet. You get better work at comfort dental I have pictures of the tooth hanging out of my face that they literally just installed! Stay away from this place

If I could give 0 stars I would. They tell you one thing but do another. They are not trustworthy in the least, definitely keep all paperwork and try to record your conversations when talking about care or payment, very shady to quote and then take back, warranty and then not honor it.. shady all around. I would not give North End Dental my hard earned money.
