I was referred here and will say the staff is very nice but when I arrived and was seated had to wait for quite a bit after we discussed treatment options because Dr Terry was bouncing back and forth. I respect the staff and their time and tried to be understanding but then when it was my turn it felt very rushed, I had to get glue removed from my teeth and a lot was left over because she was in a rush and I still paid for an unfinished service, also while getting this done I was literally choking on the glue residue and saliva and they didn’t seem to prioritize suctioning it and I was very uncomfortable. I tried to look past it. Fast forward I had informed I needed to reschedule and the conversation via text was never concluded and then I got another reminder text for the appointment I needed rescheduled. Like I had said prior very nice staff but my first impression was that there was no organization and my service was rushed and unfinished. I was supposed to get braces here but their prices in comparison to other practices is on the high end in comparison to how they carry out there services. I wouldn’t really recommend as my first impression wasent the best.Also as a person with a disability they do not have a handicap accessible entrance which I also looked past as they were kind and accommodating when I shared I couldn’t lay flat on their chairs.

Dr Terry and team have been wonderful. Our family started seeing her over 6 years ago starting with myself and husband, and now my daughter. She's caring and explains each step of the process. She would go the extra length to make sure we feel comfortable with our plan of treatment. Especially with our daughter's rough treatment journey, she have been there every step of the way, making sure we are on the same page, and understands the expected outcome. We have never had billing issues with her team over the years we've been with her practice. Any questions would be answered and taken cared of. Orthodontic journey can be long and painful, but with Dr Terry and her team, we feel comfortable knowing we're in good hands.

Dr. Terry and her staff are very accomodating and professional she makes sure she listens and address your issue, and takes her time. I'm almost done with my invisialign treatment and I am happy and satisfied of the progress I've made. I get compliments for having a beautiful smile. I greatly appreciate you Dr. Terry and your staff!

Dr. Terry and her staff are professional, kind, and patient; but most of all- dedicated. Dr. Terry makes things work, even when they’re complex. She puts her patients at ease, and so does her staff.

I had an amazing experience with Smiles for Colorado Orthodontics! They did my braces, and the results turned out great. The entire team was professional, friendly, and made the process smooth from start to finish. They always took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable at every appointment. When I was at the end of the treatment, the doctor went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Terry and her team provide phenomenal care!! The staff is not only super friendly but also incredibly efficient, making each visit a smooth and pleasant experience. It’s rare to find such a welcoming atmosphere in a medical setting. I can honestly say this has been the best orthodontic experience I’ve had, and I highly recommend Dr. Terry and her team for anyone in need of orthodontic care. I truly wish I could give them 10+ stars.

Been going here 2~ years excellent experience the ladies here are always extremely professional and welcoming 10/10 honestly made having braces not that terrible would recommend
