If you have trauma like me or are scared of the dentist, i recommend coming here first. Everyone was extremely accommodating, very welcoming, and very kind and understanding. I did not feel judged or rushed by anyone here and they stopped immediately, everytime i asked them to for a break, without complaints, as well as constantly asking if i was ok to check on me and make sure i was comfortable. They were very communicative and professional, both while doing my exam and while explaining next steps to me. The exam and waiting room were both very quiet and easy to relax in. With water and coffee both available and comfortable chairs. This was a great experience for someone like me with PTSD from the dentist. I recommend coming to see them!!

Absolutely love this office! The staff up front is always kind, it's very easy to get ahold of them, and rescheduling is incredibly easy. I work with Ryan and Mel and they have been a huge catalyst for change in my overall health! They are both very informed, kind and supportive. Going in for a cleaning with Mel feels like having lunch with your best friend. Very thankful for making an initial appointment here!

Dr.Gillette, Kelsey, and Rikki were amazing! First time there and I will for sure make them my permanent office. They are all so kind and you can tell they really care about their patients. Left this clinic feeling heard and educated! 100% recommend making an appointment here!!

I’ve been coming to this dentist for a few years now and I can genuinely say they are amazing. The women that work here make the environment welcoming and non-judgmental. Every member of the staff has been kind and respectful whether I’m getting my wisdom teeth pulled or have to push off treatment because I’m in between jobs. I could go on and on about just how much I’ve grown to love the dentist simply because of the great treatment and the amazing staff. (I must also note Emma and Ricky for both of their amazing attention to detail and kindness) They also have a discount plan option that I highly recommend getting in on, it’s worth it. Additionally I have moved around jobs numerous times in the last few years and this place has continually taken all my rotation of insurance. Literally the best!

If you have any fear at all of the dentist, this is the place for you. After years of abuse and degrading, because of my hygiene, I heard "it's not your fault." It seems one of a conditions of perfect teeth is gingivitis. When I found this out I knew I had the right dentist. My friend and mentor Janica Gillette Backstrom. After two years I received a"well done "and "my star pupil" from the staff and Dr. Janica. It was hard work and encouragement. Every appointment was all about me and everything fully explained and all questions were answered with genuine care. Please don't neglect your teeth because of FEAR, as your actual life is at stake! This team saved me from myself and bad fearful dentistry. I'm so greatful for this team!

Every one that works here is a friendly, cordial, consummate professional. The staff is both personable and experienced. They found several long term issues that other practices I had been to didn’t notice. If you’re looking for a dentist that not only knows what they’re doing and is a genuine joy to be around, I highly recommend this location.

I just left my initial visit with Dr. Janica Gillette-Backstrom and her staff. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of my new patient evaluation, utilizing cutting-edge technology, but was even more impressed with the friendliness and excellent communication by everyone in the office. Each step in the process was explained beforehand, with care taken to ensure my comfort at all times. Dr. Gillette-Backstrom has a sparkling personality that puts patients at ease, while being highly professional. My hygienist, Melissa, was similarly most pleasant and skillful, as was assistant Ricki and the front desk staff, including Emma and Skye!
