Thoughtfully designed waiting area for this mom of 4 kids to keep busy during appointments, offering engaging educational toys, clean waiting area even hot beverages for adults. The orthodontist will always take as much time as needed to thoughtfully and thoroughly answer any questions from patient or parent. Highly recommend. Also great with scheduling appointments.

We had a great experience with Rangewood orthodontist from start. The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about their patients. Dr Lamm is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every step of the treatment process. Great experience at the downtown location. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and fun, which made the whole visit feel comfortable from the start. The doctor was kind, and the treatment coordinator was awesome she made everything simple and stress-free and she got the juice.

Disorganized staff, difficult to get calls returned in a timely manner-excuses that they are so busy yet when I come into the office the front desk person is on their personal cell phone. Also, I was called 1.5 hours before my appointment to be told my appointment needed to be canceled as my son’s applicance wasn’t in yet. They want me to give them 24 hours notice of a cancellation, yet they don’t extend the same courtesy to me. When their front desk person calls the calls are awkward and unprofessional. When I signed all the documents with very sensitive information on them (credit card information, dates of birth, insurance info etc) the office person wanted to send it all to my Gmail account. She assured me it was secure. When I challenged this she still pushed that it was secure. I felt disregarded and not heard for this very real concern as Gmail is not secure at all and her attaching all that info would put me at risk. Where is the portal for exchanging information? I have never had a medical or dental practice email me sensitive information. Definitely doesn’t make me confident that they are protecting my personal data. I want this practice to be a good choice for us, but with each interaction I grow more and more disappointed with my choice.
