Dr. Mastin and his team are all very kind, and I’ve received some of the best cleanings I’ve ever had at this office. Dr. Mastin is very thorough and attentive during exams. At multiple visits, he identified cavities that he recommended filling. After my most recent appointment, he identified 2 more that he said needed filled. I don’t get cavities that often though so since this was the 3rd time in just a few years he said I needed fillings, I chose to get a second opinion and shared my X-rays with another dentist, who felt the areas did not need to be filled and could be managed with good oral hygiene. I later saw a different dentist six months afterward, had new X-rays taken, and was again told I did not have any cavities. Based on this, my personal impression is that Dr. Mastin takes a more proactive approach and may recommend treating areas early to prevent potential issues from progressing. I understand that cavities are a spectrum. While I can appreciate that perspective, I personally prefer a more conservative approach to treatment and have chosen to continue care with another dentist.

I was a first time patient at Bear Creek Dental, and I found my dentist for life! I brought my two year old for her first visit, and my five year old son, and they were absolutely wonderful with the kids. I returned later for my own visit, and I was just blown away with everyone who works here. They genuinely care, have great customer service and bedside manner. I cannot recommend Bear Creek Dental enough!

New patient to this practice. Excellent care from both dental hygienist and Dr. Matsin. Very short wait time. Hygienist did thorough and well documented exam of teeth, took needed x-rays and did a thorough and painless cleaning. Dr. Matsin followed up with thorough exam, review of x-rays, and thoroughly explained planned treatment. He explained all aspects of planned treatment clearly, showed photos and x-rays, and answered all questions. Everyone was professional and friendly. Office immaculately clean and equipment up to date.

Love this place! Staff is so accommodating, friendly and skilled. My husband and I have been going to Bear Creek dental since their beginning. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I called 30 minutes before closing with a horrible toothache and Bear Creek Dental fit me in, took X-rays, examined my mouth and referred me to an endodontist! I am so grateful Dr. Masstin and staff. They did not make me rushed in any way and truly saved me!

Dr. Mastin is the best. I have been seeing him since 1998. All of the employees are very nice, friendly and extremely professional.
