Gentle Dental Cleveland

Upon referral from a friend, I visited Gentle Dentistry for my cleaning. The secretary was amazing and called me with a cancellation option to bump me up the list. Super friendly and welcoming when I arrived. The Queen who did my cleaning was from an agency. She was absolutely professional and thorough. It was my best cleaning I have had in years. She made the experience pleasant and vibrant. Dr Choi came in to check her work and was super kind. I cannot recommend this dentist office enough. Best experience in years.

I was very impressed with the dentist and staff! I just got my dentures and they look great! The dentist took her time and explained everything step by step! They are all so kind and go out of there way to make you feel comfortable and at ease! I won't go to another dentist! Very professional and friendly! Susan

Gentle Dental is listed on Delta Dental as being in the Ohio Tristate Advantage network. The only plans available on this specific network are Medicaid and MyCare Ohio plans, which Gentle Dental does not accept. When I tried to tell the woman at the front desk and insist that Gentle Dental should be removed from the list, she talked over me like I didn't know what I was talking about. And then she LAUGHED at me. Like, overtly and condescendingly. I've been disabled my whole life, and I'm encountering a lot of difficulty getting decent dental care. The last thing I need is to run into such a disgusting attitude with people on the phone while making calls with providers who are on the wrong lists. Fix your situation.

The staff here at gentle dental are phenomenal!! Any time that I have an issue with pain or discomfort they are able to fit me in right away. They do wonderful work and are always there to help with any questions I have regarding my insurance or dentistry needs! I won’t go anywhere else. This place is very clean and on top of the newest procedures. 10/10!

I haven't been to the dentist in years due to a bad experience. I visited Gentle Dental because I was having tooth pain keeping me from sleeping. They got me in the next day. Pulled the offending impacted wisdom tooth and got me out in an hour or less. Everyone was so nice, starting with the receptionist and extending to the whole office. They explain what they're doing. They answer questions and don't make you feel stupid. I went again today to visit Dr. Choi to get the rest of my wisdom teeth removed. She was just as gentle as the name suggests. She took her time and made sure I could feel nothing. I will keep coming back here and recommend to anyone in need of a dentist.
