I've been more than satisfied with the entire staff, the actual dental work, and experience top to bottom. Everything has been almost expedited time wise, I think it was a week from when I scheduled to my first appointment and I've never waited in a chair very long. Staff and Dentist have been respectful, knowledgeable and it's just been a better experience than I've had at other dentist. After I had a few different types of work done, I brought My mother here who wasn't happy with her previous dentist.

I've always found the staff and dentists at this practice to be friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I've had a full spectrum of issues they have helped me with. Dr Lazar is chill and caring and thoughtful. I feel totally confident in his hands.

I arrived 20 minutes early for a cleaning and exam. I waited about (5) minutes and was called for my appointment; I was really happy about this ! The X-ray technician was friendly, engaging and this always helps with any anxiety upon a dental visit. The Technician made my (6) month follow up appointment. Jessica, a hygienist cleaned my teeth. Jessica was friendly, professional and did an awesome job for the cleaning. Jessica asked if I had any questions before the Dr. Rosenthal arrived to complete the exam. Dr. Rosenthal is consistently professional and always makes me laugh or smile in the (2) years I have been a patient here. I do not have children, however, I noted that the office is child and family friendly, The office is quite, the restrooms were impeccably clean as was the rest of the office. I truly had a stress free and pleasant visit at Brooklyn Dental Group. Also, there is a well maintained parking lot, so I don't worry about street parking. Thank You to every staff member here who I know work hard to be so organized.

Such a great experience at Brooklyn Dental! The environment was calm and welcoming, and I was seen quickly without feeling rushed. Everyone was so kind and professional, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how smooth and efficient the whole visit was. Definitely recommend!

Always changing the prices before the visit and also never tell you what you need to pay until after they do the work. I went in for a crown and paid 200 up front they said I paid half. I called the day before my visit to confirm that I only owe another 200 they said you actually only owe 180. Then she says you know what let me call you back. I call back the next day and she says it’s now 294 and has no reason to why it went up besides that is just the price. I will never go back to this place and don’t recommend anyone else go here they tell you one thing and then it’s another I’ll take my business else where. This is a response towards your response. It is absolutely a one star towards your business. You guys gave me 3 different prices in a matter of 2 weeks and you gave me another price right the day of. You guys dropped the ball as I can see from many of your reviews and also just shows how unprofessional you guys are that you can’t even take accountability. I’ve read through the negative comments and you guys have an excuse for everything. I already a new place and as long as they are some what professional it will be much better thank you for your time.

Courteous staff! Both dentists I have seen have a good sense of humor, which takes away the stress that some of us including me get when they’re in the dentist chair… Only thing is I couldn’t stop laughing so we had to wait till I stopped laughing to finish the work! Definitely recommend this diamond in old Brooklyn

This is an oxymoron statement but true. Today I really enjoyed my new patient visit to Barry Lazar DDS . Everyone from the front office Medical Assistants to the Dental Assistants, Hygenist and Dentist, were so welcoming, patent, understanding, and very knowledgeable to all my needs and questions asked. Everyone’s bedside manner was above my expectations. I look forward to my dental visits now, which make me smile😁 Sincerely, Eugenia Faust
