Our family just want to say Dr Hoffman and his whole team including office help are amazing we would not go anywhere else. Dr Hoffman is outstanding in everything he does and amazing with our down syndrome son.

Dr Hoffmann is just the BEST there is! If you are scared, he will reassure you each step along the way. His work is perfection. His staff is accommodating and cheerful and immediately put you at ease. My husband and I (ages 84 and 83) remember the days of "horror ‘ at the dentist, but not anymore. We love Dr Michael.

Dr. Hoffmann is the best dentist for kids with anxiety. We took our daughter to several different pediatric dentists in town as well as our regular dentist and she wouldn't let any of them perform any work on her until we met Dr. Hoffmann. She was immediately at ease with him and let his staff do x rays and take a look at her teeth with no problem. We came back a few weeks later for general anesthesia and they did fillings, a cleaning, and sealants. She had the best experience. No one pressured her to do anything beyond her comfort level, they were all very patient and kind. I can't say enough good things about this practice. I never felt rushed. They even let me stay with my daughter for all of her appointments and until she was under for her sedated appointment which most pediatric dentists in town will not allow. It made all the difference.

The entire team at The Dental Anesthesia Center is amazing. I came to know Dr. Hoffman by another Dentist's recommendation due to excessive pain and difficulty in managing it during treatment. Dr. Hoffman is patient, kind and professional. The kindness of the staff is exemplary. I am not going to tell you that my anxiety isn't through the roof when I am on my way to the office, but by the time I'm finished I feel like I visited my friends. I can't recommend them enough!

My son is on the autism spectrum with Sensory Processing Disorder. Dr. Hoffmann and his team were AMAZING! You can tell they truly care about their patients. They were very understanding and patient with my son. They took their time with him and were so sweet. My son finally has a dentist he is willing to go to and that alone is amazing! I seriously recommend Dr. Hoffmann and his staff for anyone with special needs or simply a fear of the dentist. They will put your mind at ease.

BEST dentistry for dental anxiety Clayton, MO. I have been searching for a dentist to ease my child's dental anxiety. Dr. Hoffmann and his team were so caring and understanding with my son Matthew!!!! Highly recommended, they know their stuff when it comes to sedation dentistry here in St. Louis. Wouldn't take my family anywhere else.

This place is a joke and does not care about special needs kids. They offer sedation yet Don’t accept Medicaid or Medicare Which is the insurance that special needs kids and people who need sedation have. How can you be the only place around to do sedation yet not except the main insurance that most people who need that service have? It has been completely impossible to find somewhere for my special needs nephew and you all have made it even harder you should be ashamed of yourselves. They would rather charge somebody out of their pocket and rob them.
