Great customer service! The staff were friendly and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Cavanaugh was very personable, and seems like a person that enjoys his job. We made eye contact the entire time we talked, which means a lot to me when a person can look you in the eyes and engage you in conversation.

The staff is friendly and genuine. Our family has been patients of theirs since the previous orthodontist retired and sold the practice to Century. Worth the drive to Manchester!
