Millennium Park Smiles

I always have pleasant experiences at Millennium Park Smiles even though I had not so pleasant experiences as a child. Basically, the skinny was that after my parents' divorce, my mother got a job and her health insurance paid for my FIRST trip to the dentist at age 11. Yeah. The result being that I had 16 cavities. So, I was introduced to many episodes of pain, stress and fear. About 12 years later, at the same dentist's office, I chose Dr. Kontos as my dentist, and he has been gentle, down-to-earth and superb ever since. It was a complete break with the past and I followed him from the old office to where he is now. The team at Millennium Park Smiles, including Cindy, my hygienist, does an excellent job and you will see that outstanding service and attention to detail when you experience your checkup appointments.

Dr. Kontos was very nice to see me on short notice for dental emergency. I came to Chicago to see him, as I’ve had great experiences before. I always appreciate his welcoming personality and good bedside manner. Thanks! I look forward to seeing him again.

Dr. Kontos is an excellent dentist. He is kind and makes me feel welcomed every time I come (even though I only see him personally once a year unless something bothers me). The office is clean and up to date with equipment. The whole staff is awesome. I was recommended this office 5 years ago and have no regrets. I’ve tried other dentists in my area, but none compare to the service I receive from Millennium Park Smiles. Also the hygienist, Diana, is top notch. She was thorough and gentle with my cleaning procedure. She informed me of other things I might want to consider to keep my teeth is great shape. If you are looking for a dental office, stop, this is the one.

Dr. Kontos is great. This last visit was just a cleaning and exam, but Dr. Kontos has also performed two implants in the past. I always know I am getting great care with him. My hygienist (sorry I can’t recall her name) was also great at this last visit.

The dentist John Kontos was the very best. He did a root canal and I had no pain during or after. I would give him a ten star rating on a scale of one to ten. His dental assistant and office staff was very courteous and professional.

Since moving to Chicago, I needed to find a new dentist. It wasn’t easy after seeing the same dentist in Florida for over 20 years. After researching options, I found Millennium Park Smiles, which is near my office in the Loop. The location is incredibly convenient in a historic building and just a few blocks from where I work. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and made everything feel easy from the time I made my appointment until I arrived. A special shoutout to Cindy, my hygienist. She was fantastic and genuinely made me feel comfortable throughout the cleaning. Dr. Baboulas was great as well. He was thorough, professional, and easy to talk to. No one tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Overall, it was a great first appointment, and I’m really happy to have found my new dental home in Chicago. Highly recommend.

Love the staff here! So nice and very welcoming. I’ve been going to them for a couple of years and it’s always been a very smooth process. Highly highly recommend. Location is convenient, staff is great, and services are always smooth.
