I had a great experience at this dental office. Nahomi, the assistant, was very friendly and professional while taking my scans and made the process comfortable and easy. Dr. Priyanka took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures that were recommended and answered all of my questions clearly. I really appreciated how informative and patient she was. The entire visit was pleasant, and I felt well cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Lakeview Dental is by far the best dentist in Chicago. Dr. Priyanka and Irina are the most friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful duo that I have ever come into contact with. Lakeview Dental is the place to go for premium, cutting edge treatments that a lot of other places won't do like Seal and Protect as well as a few new services coming over from Europe after finally getting approval to mitigate cavities before they start. Also, I had my Invisalign done here, and I know others that have gotten there's elsewhere. I could be biased but I feel confident saying I know my treatment was holistically and aesthetically better than many others at different offices. Lakeview dental means it when they say that you are getting the best possible smile that you can have: buff, polish, file, refinements---they seriously do everything to give you the best smile of your life. I've tried multiple dental offices across Chicago and have had my fair share of dentists over the years — Lakeview Dental Arts is hands down the best in the area, and it's not even close. Irina, the hygienist, is absolutely incredible. Super professional, thorough, and genuinely skilled at what she does. I just had the best cleaning of my life — my mouth has never felt this good. And the best part? Zero pain. She makes the whole experience so comfortable that you actually look forward to your next visit. Dr. Akshi is equally wonderful. She's incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. You feel like you're in great hands from the moment you sit down. From the front desk to the chair, the entire office runs with a level of professionalism and warmth that's hard to find. I don’t think enough people know how amazing this place is! I have been a patient since I moved to Chicago in 2017. The front desk staff are always so pleasant and kind. Dr. Priyanka is so kind, caring, and gentle. Irina is the best dental hygienist! I have never laughed so much while getting a cleaning! Dr. Priyanka helped me with my Invisalign treatment and made the process so easy and straightforward. Love this place!

I had a great first visit here! This practice has 3D teeth scanning technology that can identify subtle changes between visits. Maybe that's standard at most places now, but my last two dentists didn't have anything like it. Lots of TV screens (including on the ceiling) in case you need a distraction from your procedure. Beyond the tech, everyone in the office was friendly. Definitely sticking with them and would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I have been thinking for a while about writing this review and I feel like it could honestly help the business. Let me start off by saying the hygienist I had was absolutely incredible and the first half of the appointment with her was perfect. However, the provider made me feel pretty uncomfortable and overall changed the entire vibe of the appointment based on her tone and choice of words mainly. Then upon checkout, the receptionist was over sharing things with me about her personal life that I didn’t feel very professional for a medical office. For those reasons, I think there are better dental offices to receive care in Chicago but I really loved the hygienist.

Best office ever! The staff is so friendly and very attentive to sensitivity issues. I always enjoy being in their office and look forward to my cleanings, they even let me bring my dog! 10/10 will be back!
