DentalWorks & Orthodontics Chicago Loop

After not stepping foot into any dentists office since the pandemic; Imust say, upon entering this facility, i felt relaxed and after meeting a few employees, I felt safe. The staff here is wonderful. Caring, personable yet attentive women of color. Dr. Burgess was the best. She has the most delicate touch that i didn't feel a thing. Of anyone reading this is looking for a great dental facility, DentalWorks Loop location gets an A+ in my book.

We have been clients for 5 years here. We love the staff and Coleen was amazing today with my daughter. Explained everything in details how to prevent tooth decay. And we love our dentist Judy Drain. From my 3 years old to my teenager and both my husband and I are clients

I had a great experience at DentalWorks, Everyone was professional caring and nice. The staff seem to enjoy there work. Good conversations and transparency with cost. I was hesitant about visiting this place after the reviews but I decided to give them a try. The reviews I read was nothing like I experienced I had. I would recommend everyone to come to this dentist office. Looking forward to my next appointment. One more thing love the music they play very relaxing and comfortable.

1st visit and my smile looks better already. It’s a temporary cap, but my smile is permanent. The staff were friendly and professional. They were also very patient while we waited for the last dentist I’ve visited to email over my x-rays after several request. The The dentist herself was very gentle. I am glad I found her.

I’ve been coming here for 7 months now, doing 6 teeth total from simple cavity, to root canals and wisdom tooth extraction. I was fortunate enough to have Dr Drain and her assistant Shamara. They both made every visit easy every appointment. I would recommend 10/10

Very happy with Colleen and the DentalWorks team in general. I’m new to Chicago, it’s always difficult selecting a new dental office when moving to an area. Colleen was excellent to work with at both of my visits so far. Made sure I understood the treatment plan, and she shows a genuine concern in patient care and improving the patient’s overall health. I’m happy with the choice I made in selecting the office for my dental care needs.

Extremely professional, kind, and patient staff and doctor. I had two protruding wisdom teeth removed and everyone took their time in explaining care and working with me on payment, expectations, and aftercare. Two wisdom teeth removed in less than ten minutes with no pain!!! Highly recommend!
