We had a great experience at this dental office. The staff was friendly, professional, and very welcoming. The dentist was excellent with my little daughter — very patient, gentle, and caring throughout the appointment. Usually she gets nervous, but this time she didn’t cry at all, which says a lot. We really appreciated how comfortable they made her feel. Highly recommend this office and the dentist!

I had a wonderful experience at the Diamond Braces Flatbush Ave location. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. Dr. Kim was exceptional. He was thorough, patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained my treatment plan in detail, and made me feel confident about moving forward. His expertise and calm, reassuring manner truly stood out. A special thank you to Oleh and Victoria for their outstanding care. They were kind, attentive, and knowledgeable—taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit.

Getting braces was truly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I spent 12 amazing months at this location, and I’m honestly going to miss the entire team so much!! The orthodontist, Dr. Kim is incredibly skilled and experienced, always took great care of my teeth and made sure my progress was on track. 🥰 A special thank you to Oleg, who patiently changed my elastics every month and was always there to fix anything when needed. And to manager Alona, who handled every situation quickly, smoothly, and with such genuine care and kindness! I’m so grateful to this wonderful team for making my braces journey such a positive and enjoyable experience. I came in with a question regarding my braces and unfortunately was met with a bit of disrespect from Breanna. I’ve come here for my appointments multiple times and this is literally the only bad experience i’ve had. Everyone else treats me with respect and kindness and this was the first time she operated on me and definitely gonna be the last.

My son was the one who got the braces he love it and his experience was wonderful they work with you and meet me in the middle the staff was great my son is happy and that all the matter 🙏💓

The people there were really nice and helpful. Can't wait to see them again.

This place is about money period. First I was frustrated with the final results as I still have a overbite but what caused me to give a 1 star is I opted for the permanent metal retainer however the bonding was not done well and about 3 months the adhesive started to lift. The retainer itself was fine but the glue was coming up. Normally they say should last 2-5 years and some say it can last 10 plus years but I didn’t even have mine for 6 months. When I returned to ask them to fix it, they told me I had to pay $350 because they only give a 30 day warranty. How crazy is that after spending $5000 for all that work. Mind you. I paid for me and my daughter out of pocket. I refuse to give them any more money. Please ask questions and make sure you understand their policy before agreeing.
