Diamond Braces Orthodontist: Braces & Invisalign

I usually accompany my sister to her braces appointments, which typically take about an hour, with the black female orthodontist. Today, however, there was a tall middle eastern male substitute doctor who was incredibly negligent. He gave unclear instructions to an inexperienced assistant and flat-out ignored them when they asked for help. Luckily, another amazing staff member stepped in to teach the assistant the proper technique and take care of my sister. I highly appreciate the staff who actually care, but this substitute doctor should not be working at this location.

Love the service, very personable, very polite, Dr. Protain was great. Hilary was very patient and accommodating to ALL my questions, she let me know exactly what I was doing and going to do, very knowledgeable. Amazing service!

Very quick and efficient. I’ve had my braces on for only a few weeks and they feel great. They also offer great payment plans if your insurance doesn’t cover the braces.

My twins had a 12 noon appointment the appointment went well. They were quick and thorough. My self and kids are happy

She took her time and made sure the braces wasn’t hurting me and did a great job 10/10

It was easy and smooth! I’m Happy with how pleasant, professional and accommodating the staff are! My 10 year old son had an amazing experience getting his braces put in. The staff were all calming and reassuring. The entire process was great! The orthodontist explains everything and answers all your questions.
