I had a great experience at Canarsie Family Dental. The entire team was incredibly kind and professional. They made my Invisalign process completely seamless, taking the time to explain each step and making sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. Dr. Dolatyar was absolutely amazing! truly a cheerleader at every visit. Her encouragement, positivity, and genuine care made the process even easier and more motivating. I am so grateful for the experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care.

The office is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Julio is super cool and made my daughter and I feel very comfortable. Every staff member I have encountered have always been really nice and very professional. They also do a really good job at getting you in and out. There are times when it gets busy but they do their best to get you in at your appt time and out in a timely fashion. I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for a place for dental care.

This is one of the worst orthodontic practices I've ever seen. The doctor walks around like she's the be all and end all of orthodontists. Tried to tell me that I would benefit from invisalign treatment, while i am sitting in the room with my kids, yet I was already wearing my trays. To top it off, this person that calls herself a doctor tried belittling the young lady sitting closest to the door when she was trying to speak to a patient about payments. The young lady was very clear about office policy, yet the doctor decided to speak over her and tried to make her look like she didn't know what she was doing. As long as this person is still there as a so called doctor I will not be throwing business their way.

Dr. Dolatyar was super nice and caring for my daughter… She was so pleasant and informative. She gave her lab coat to my daughter to use because she was cold… that was so nice of her. The entire staff was very welcoming.

To whom it may concern I put the braces on August 29, 2024 not long ago since It’s was my very first time I put on the braces kept breaking off every other week I was at the facilities to try to fixed the braces because easily came off every other week as I stated . I’m told by the patient support the doctor said I was rude to her I wasn’t rude to her at all she stated to me she haven’t done the braces for 10 years the assistant our better than her because they are hand and feet since it was my first I assumed the dentists job to put on the braces for me I have no reason to fabricate I just like didn’t received the best services if I’m paying for something I feel like should be content about the procedure they are providing. Anyway the patient support from the billing department discontinued my services she said I’m going to get partial of my money I don’t feel like it right to give me partial of the money she the one who told me she discontinued my services I feel like should get a full refunded since the services wasn’t done properly.
