I had a great experience at Diamond Braces King Plaza. Ms. Hazel was especially kind, professional, and made the whole visit comfortable from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without feeling rushed. The office itself was organized and the staff were welcoming, which helped ease any stress about the appointment. Overall, I left feeling well taken care of and confident in the service provided.

I had a really good experience with Diamond Braces. The staff was friendly and professional from the moment I walked in, and they made the whole process feel comfortable and easy. The orthodontist explained everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing me. Appointments were organized, the office was clean, and I didn’t have long wait times. My experience at the Kings Plaza location was beyond professional. Elizabeth was very welcoming and explain the process for my kids treatment plan during the consultation. It was their first time getting braces. Therefore, it's safe to say I had a great experience so far with Diamond Braces. The staff were friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable during the visit. The office is clean, well-organized, and runs on schedule, which I really appreciated. The orthodontist Dr. Tucker took the time to also explain my kids treatment plan more clearly and how long they would need braces for. She answered all of my questions, so I knew what to expect. So far the process have been amazing, and my kids like the otcome of their braces installation. I would definitely recommend Diamond Braces to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care and a supportive team.

We arrived, did our paperwork and was seen right after. No extended waiting. The receptionist was polite and gave clear instructions. The examination was quick, my kids had no complaints. Elizabeth was very accommodating She explained all the options as it relates to braces , insurance coverage and out of pocket expenses. I was grateful for the upfront conversation about the payments; so I didn’t have a hidden cost later. The payment plan was great for us too. It was a great experience for myself and my kids.

Very clean office and environment at the Avenue U location. Elizabeth, at the front desk was friendly and helpful. All of my daughter’s follow up braces appointments are always smooth.

This was an amazing first time experience. The treatment coordinator Elizabeth was very friendly and knowledgeable. She walked myself and daughter through the entire process. The orthopedist Dr. Tucker was thorough in her explanation of the treatment plan and the rationale for what she was recommending. The entire process was easy and put my daughter at ease.

10/10 Experience wait time was great I was seen right away , highly informative, fast paced but still professional. I was able to get serviced (braces) same day. Everyone made me feel comfortable and confident. Thank you Diamond Braces !!!
