I had a great experience with the treatment coordinator, Rachel, at iSmile Orthodontics. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan, payment options, and what to expect throughout the process, which made everything feel much less overwhelming. What really stood out was her patience and willingness to answer all of my questions without rushing me. Rachel made sure I fully understood my options and felt comfortable moving forward. Her communication was excellent, and she was always friendly and supportive. Overall, Rachel made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend iSmile Orthodontics to anyone looking for quality care and outstanding customer service.

Very unprofessional. The Spanish lady was assisting me. As another patient came. She started serving her Just decline that she was helping me. Poor customer service. I would not recommend no one come here. Extremely disappointed in this place.

I’m starting my treatment today and I couldn’t be more excited! The entire team is absolutely wonderful and takes the time to answer all of your questions. They make you feel comfortable and truly informed about the process, treatment plan, and expected outcomes. From the very beginning, I knew I made the right choice coming here for my braces, especially as a first-timer. 10/10!!!!!! I had a fantastic experience at Smile Ortho in the Bronx. Rachel was so sweet, kind, informative and extremely helpful throughout my entire process!!! She explained everything perfectly and made me feel so comfortable. I did inform them of my fear of dentist due to prior experiences and they truly made my visit seamless. I will be starting my Invisalign treatment with them and I can’t wait to recommend friends/family!!! If you are in need of a new Dentist I’m telling you they are awesome!!!!
