Diamond Braces Orthodontist: Braces & Invisalign

I had a great experience with Diamond Braces. I recently started a 9 month braces treatment, and the dentist was professional, patient, and very thorough in explaining everything. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful, and the front desk made scheduling and checking in easy. Customer service was excellent. I’m very happy with my treatment so far and would definitely recommend to anyone considering orthodontic care.

From the moment my daughter and I walked through the door, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. Juliana made us feel comfortable right away, and the entire staff was attentive and kind. The doctor and assistant explained everything clearly, showing such patience and care with my 13-year-old as this was her first time getting braces. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and much faster than we expected. I truly appreciate the expeditious service and the way the team made this important milestone such a positive experience. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I was quoted and paid $1,000 for two fixed retainers and two removable retainers (including a returning patient/family discount). However, although I received the two removable retainers, only one fixed retainer was placed because the doctor determined the second was not necessary. Despite not receiving all services included in the original treatment plan, no adjustment or partial refund was offered. I called multiple times and emailed corporate over 10 days ago requesting a formal review of my account, but I have not received any response. As a returning patient, I expected transparency, professionalism, and proper follow-up. Being charged for services that were not provided and then not receiving any communication regarding my concern is unacceptable. I am still hoping this matter will be resolved promptly.

Worst place I would never in my life recommend diamond braces to nobody at all , the only good thing was the one girl I use to see Lia she was great but after that horrible, and to say evetime you go you see a different orthodontist and each one tell you something different I walked in here with a little confidence and thinking I was going to fished my treatment with more but walked out with 0 confidence just a waste od your money

pushed back my retainers by 7 weeks and kept telling me to wear the same for 7 weeks. which is absolutely ridiculous. My teeth is literally shifting again. didn’t even provide more retainers in case of losing them or not.

Hello again, this review got less stars because I accidentally broke a bracket a couple of days ago and I’ve gone to the office 4 times and they where not open if you are going to say on Google Maps and on Apple Maps that you are open stop lying and wasting peoples time hopefully the next time I go they are open because if not I am going to be very mad about it because why are you telling people your open if your really not?but I have to say other than that the service is great but please stop lying!

My own experience at this place is great especially having a doctor who gives good detailed advice and a good helpful diamond braces doctor assistant who answered all my questions and looked out to make the best out of my visit and brought important things to my attention and specific advice to look out for me as a patient
