Bracetown Orthodontics/ Invisalign

We couldn’t be happier with our experience here! The staff is kind, professional, and truly wonderful with kids. Both of my boys feel comfortable and are so happy with Dr. Ray. They were nervous before getting their brackets on, but once they were in the chair, the team and Dr. Ray were incredibly comforting and reassuring. By the end of the visit, both of my boys said, "That’s it? I felt no pain and it was so fast." As a parent, that meant everything to me. I truly appreciate the care, patience, and attention they give to each child. Highly recommend to any parent looking for exceptional orthodontic care!

I initially appreciate the fact that they would not give a quote for invisalign over the phone because they said it was "based on the time and severity of issues." Great, I thought. My crowding is very minor. They had me come in for a quick eval. I had been quoted $4500 and $5500 flat fee on the phone from other orthos and it was unsettling to me that I would be paying the same cost for retainers as someone who may need major work. It didn't seem right. I was quoted $6,300 for "very minor" crowding by bracetown that would take less than a year. I said absolutely not and said I was given quotes much less. I was then condescendingly told that those places "must not be real invisalign" and that's why it was so inexpensive. I explained no, I had a friend go to the one ortho I spoke to and it was indeed invisalign and they doubled down saying 'oh it has to have the mark on the retainers." I just walked out. Make the assumption that it is indeed a flat fee but just won't tell you how much over the phone to get you in the door.

They do try to answer your questions however they leave you questioning may things regarding Invisalign. They are good about appointments. Receptionists are A+, Dentist C, Dental assistantstechs A+. Willing to revise if service changes

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Ray! From the moment I walked into his office, he made me feel completely at ease. He took so much time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions patiently and thoroughly. His kindness and professionalism really stood out, and his calm demeanor made the entire process surprisingly relaxing. I truly felt like I was in great hands. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about his patients, I couldn’t recommend Dr. Ray enough!

Just started getting my daughter braces at BraceTown in February. The Orthodontist are great and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I will keep you posted. So far so good.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I like the way they were taking care of my son. They keep everything disinfected and clean. They also are very polite.

Today was my first visit with Bracetown Orthodontics. The Astoria office is conveniently located one block from the train station. The office staff are all professional and courteous. Sara and Vanessa made the visit extremely easy and I can’t wait for the treatment to begin!
