Downtown Braces

My nephew finished his Invisalign treatment at Downtown Braces today and I am really happy with how everything turned out. The office has a calm and welcoming feel and the staff are always friendly. Every appointment went smoothly and my nephew always felt comfortable. I also really like the doctor. He is kind, patient, and easy to talk to, which makes a big difference during a long treatment. The prices are OK and you might even get a discount. The only thing I would mention is that the office does not feel very modern. They use a regular camera to take photos of the teeth and it stood out to me because most orthodontic places use more updated equipment. It is not a problem, just something I noticed. A friend recommended this place to us and we traveled to Brooklyn for the appointments. In hindsight, it is a good and reliable orthodontic office. If you have a place closer to your neighborhood, it might be easier to go there. But if you choose Downtown Braces, you will be treated kindly and the experience will be smooth from start to finish.

She was incredibly informative and supportive throughout the entire process, offering valuable advice and guidance on how to embark on my journey. I am thrilled to begin my journey with them and highly recommend their services. They truly take the patience’s health and comfort seriously and handle every aspect of the process with utmost care and attention.

Dr. Z is amazing, truly a great orthodontist. He made my Invisalign journey so simple and so easy. Honestly, I can't believe it was over a year. Flew by. He explained everything very clearly but still made sure I understood everything, that I was comfortable, and always gave me different options and what those paths could look like. He saved my teeth and my fixed my bite. I would recommend Downtown Braces and Dr. Z to everyone. Thank you so much for everything!

This office will guide you through the financial/billing process with considerate step by step guidance. Dr. Elliot Zharnitsky delivers a calm and compassionate manner in his approach to his profession. He took the time to thoroughly share everything we needed to hear and kindly answered each and every question we had. My child felt heard and it meant so much to us that he walked us through the entirety of this process. Dr. Zharnitsky explained procedures clearly and made a point of explaining in layman’s terms the procedures he would be performing and why. We are vastly grateful he has dedicated his life to serve us here in Brooklyn. This really is highly recommended!

Very good office for braces. Great customer service, they help with insurance and payment plans if necessary. They do Invisalign too!

After having a subpar experience yesterday at another medical facility, I must admit that I did not anticipate encountering such a warm and welcoming atmosphere here. However, this location far exceeded my expectations. Initially, my son and I inadvertently entered the wrong suite, causing us to miss our scheduled appointment time. Nevertheless, the receptionist still graciously welcomed us and assured us that my son would still be seen. We did not wait more than 10 minutes. The nursing staff were exceptional. The orthodontist was truly impressive, posing realistic questions and thoroughly explaining everything to me, ensuring that I understood all aspects of the treatment. Overall, this location is outstanding, with extremely helpful staff, including the financial nurse, who was an absolute pleasure to interact with.
