Garden Dental Arts

My fiancé and I visited Garden Dental Arts for the first time today, and we were extremely impressed! The front desk team, assistants, hygienist Yeidy, and Dr. Singal are kind, dedicated professionals who provide top-notch care. We highly recommend this practice and sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding work!

There are so many reasons why I will forever be a patient at Garden Dental Arts but for now, I will list only a few. 1st reason- For anyone who has dislikes going to the dentist OR hearing all of those weird sounds happening in your mouth, THIS OFFICE IS THE PLACE TO GO. Dr. Ifill is the MOST GENTLE and PATIENT Dentist I have ever experienced. My anxiety while receiving care has been reduced because of her compassionate care. If you are looking for a comfortable dental experience, I 100% vouch for Garden Dental Arts. 2nd reason- Not long ago, my wife switched employers, and without fail, there were issues with our dental coverage. The admin team at Garden Dental Arts was extremely diligent with helping us bring everything up to date so that we would avoid out-of-pocket payments based on our new plan. I have so much relief around dental care because of this office.

Another dishonest practice - read the other 1 star reviews. I don’t know how this place has the good ratings it does. We were quoted half of what our care ended up costing in the end. Then we were told there were "unexpected" charges. I’m sorry, but when unexpected charges end up being double what you originally quote, that is unacceptable. When we, as the patient, ask up front "what will this cost," and we are given a number that we agree on, that is what we expect. And when we, as patients, say, "we do not want any services or care that is not covered, or we don’t know what the cost will be" that means - don’t go ahead and do the work and then bill us for it months later. On top of it, the "care" I received was not good, the dentist was more concerned and focused with selling me Invisalign and other expensive products rather than providing healthcare. They made me sit through a whole sales pitch, and my teeth are completely straight with just a slight deviation of my lower front teeth. I’ve been told by other dentists my entire life that my teeth seem like I’ve had braces growing up because of how straight they are.. just to give background on the fact that I did not need any expensive, cosmetic, brand name products… healthcare is what I was expecting, not a sales pitch and then to be gauged.

Been here a few times. I’ve always been treated with kindness and respect during my visits. The dental team (tech and receptionist) are always helpful and able to answer any questions. I’ve been examined by Dr. Ifill and Dr. Singal, both are great doctors who are very professional and good at what they do. Building and rooms are very clean. Would recommend checking out Garden Dental Arts if you are looking for a great dentist.

I’ve had 2 really positive experiences at Garden Dental Arts. The front desk team is so lovely and warm, the hygienists are thorough and knowledgeable and Dr Ifill is wonderful. The energy in the space is very calm and it’s super clean. It’s such a pleasant experience!

Garden Dental Arts is the best dental office I've ever been. The staff is supper friendly and welcoming, and the Dentist are all exceptional. Not only is this dental office super clean and very professional, the Dentist are extremely knowledgeable and caring. I recommend everyone to stop in and see for yourself.

I always love the receptionist and I did like my female dental hygienist - I’ve had nothing but issues and poor bedside manners with my actual dentist tbh! Every-time I made an appointment they made me feel as if I was lucky to get one because of how busy they are, then you end up feel in rushed and not getting what you need - I also received a crown from them and it fell out 2 years later which should never happen - I went to a new dentist whom I will be going back to that let me know that the reason it fell out was because of poor fitting and the crown itself was too high and there were gaps at the back! The entire 2 years I experienced gum bleeding and so much inflammation in that crown. I will never come here again ever - I loved that there were more people of color here than any other practice but if the service doesn’t match then it’s not worth it!
