I’ve had three visits with Aspen Dental in the past three weeks, and every single experience has been outstanding. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about making you comfortable. The team took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I understood my treatment plan. The level of attention to detail and care they provide really stands out. Each visit has been smooth, efficient, and stress-free—something you don’t always expect when it comes to dental work. All the staff were very attentive and very friendly! The office I feel is a smaller office and I love that!! The doctors that own the building are super friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely welcoming!!! Will definitely be using them for all my future visits!!

Having been to previous dentist that seemed to care only about money, I stopped going to the dentist until I found myself in dire need of having to have work done due to excruciating pain. The staff at the West Wichita Aspen dental got me in immediately and were compassionate, caring, and had my best interest at heart. Thank you all for a great experience!!

Location was N rock rd. I’ve been charged 2,100.00 for no services yet only my FREE consultation and x-rays. Which my chief complaint was never even addressed all they wanted to offer me was a new partial which I have a partial that works fine. While in with the office manager, she didn’t seem to know what she was talking about. I inquired about my chief complaint she said oh this is what I do for my mouth and just go grab some numbs from the store. She didn’t ask the nurse. She didn’t ask the doctor. She just told me about herself and when I asked for the fillings to be done before the extractions, I thought that was more important to save my teeth before losing them she said no wow very where I was only gonna pay for one service after another not all at one time but yet I’ve been charged. I’ll never go back there and they won’t get away with charging me $2000 for no services rendered.
