Everyone is extremely friendly, and courteous. The Hygienist was very thorough and asked lots of questions to provide the best care and addressed all my questions. Dr. Volker was very nice, answered all my questions and discussed a treatment plan that best fit my needs and wants. The appointment was not rushed in any way. I'm was very impressed with the care I received. I would absolutely recommend my family, friends and anyone else I know.

Dr. Volker and his staff are always very cordial, professional and conscientious.. They have always made me feel welcome and they always treat my teeth and gums in a gentle , pain free way as this is one of their top priorities. I wanted to let Dr. Volker and team know that the dentist office I have been using since I have moved to Washington has been very complentry on your work I had done at your office. I recently moved to Cle Elum Washington and started seeing Wesley Johnson at Swiftwater Dental. Every staff member has told what an amazing job you have done with my veneers and they can see how much you care for your patients. They have very big shoes to fill because I will always appreciate all your help through out my dental journey. I went from years without treatment due to bad experiences to a beautiful smile due to an fantastic team over many years.

The doctor is very conscious of the fact that 'there is a human being on the other side of that tooth!' After mentioning that I am losing insurance soon, they were able to schedule me two days later for my fillings, and even made extra time to repair one that was looking rough. Best dental experience ever!

I’ve had many questions about treatment and insurance that they’ve thoroughly answered, and they have been helpful and flexible with working with my schedule for appointments. The whole staff here was friendly, communicated so well, and made me feel very included in all of the processes. Highly recommend to anyone, especially if you have some dental anxiety or nerves, because they take such good care of you!
